The wrong card was charged for my stay. Now I have to wait to see if that’s fixed. Bed was not very comfortable.

There were lots of noise because of sports teams there in the lobby. You could hear kids running and playing the exercise equipment. Kids running down halls. Spider in our bathroom. Parking is limited

The place was unbelievably loud! The toilet ran on all the time. The safety lock was broken with tape over it. We will not stay here again.
Positive the staff seemed nice but nobody cleaned the room.

Staff was informative and pleasant. The lady that did the morning breakfast and the lady at the desk early in the morning were both very kind. Comfortable bed and small but nice indoor pool. I would stay here again

It was very clean. We slept really well. It was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the area was constantly being cleaned by a staff member.

The room was clean but it smelled very musty from the air vent. The hvac needed to be cleaned.

The stay was decent except for getting locked out of our room. The lady at the front desk was so apologetic and the only one working all night, I wish I remembered her name because she deserves the credit. I did try to contact ********** because the hotel wanted to give us a refund for our time not being able to get into our room but they were unable to do so considering we paid through a 3rd party.
