Hankø Hotell & Spa

This was a new and thrilling trip where the experience started already when we parked the car and took the little ferry across the wather, then we walked up to the hotel in a beautiful and fantastic nature! When we come into the reception we met a pleasant and nice receptionist. The room was great and i also ordered a classic massage and that was so good! i order massage whenever im on trip and this one was the best i ever had! The jacuzzi was also so relaxing , and we loved our stay ! At dinner we get three-course and the food was fantastic ! We will definitely come back!

Clean room and nice location. Pool was cold. The meal at the restaurant was expensive and very poor quality. First, they had only one set menu with no options, not so great on an island where you can't easily go anywhere. The menu was lukewarm soup with small dry bits of fish, dry turkey with a tasteless sauce, and ice cream with ice crystals (we took one bite and left the rest). Worst meal of the year. I actually complained, which I rarely have to do at restaurant in Norway. They gave us a whopping 10% off. I will never be back.

Magical wedding weekend at beautiful Hankø Fjordhotell. Fantastic service, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful rooms and delicious food. The staff were attentive and organized everything in an excellent way.

Hankø Hotell og Spa has a fantastic location on the island of Hankø, only a few minutes by ferry from the mainland. The hotel is a five minute walk from the port, but offers free transport from the port for those guests who do not want to walk or have a lot of luggage. The guest rooms are somewhat worn and simply furnished with an armchair, desk, flat screen TV and telephone. There is no minibar and there is no air conditioning in the room. The beds are of a good standard but not luxurious. The bathroom is also somewhat worn and simply decorated. It is only dispenser soap. The hotel's common area is decorated with various historical objects and appears rustic and pleasant. However, the lighting in some parts of the hotel could have been somewhat better. The hotel's pool area appeared to be somewhat worn and outdated. The bathing water was also cold. Breakfast was served as a buffet and had a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. However, the undersigned missed bacon and somewhat more focus on locally produced dishes and specialties. This had helped to lift the overall impression. The staff seemed somewhat reserved and I missed smiles and service comments and some more interest in me as a guest. The level of service was perceived as somewhat unstable and the employees a bit disorganized and insecure. Overall a very nice stay and I would happily recommend the hotel to other travelers.

Otroligt fint ställe,mkt natur, men förfallen hotell som är i behov av renovering inte värd att ha **** ger max **. Bra service personal som tycktes försöka göra allt med små medel. Enligt min upplevelse, en nonchalant man bakom receptionen som hade svårt att tilltala kvinnor, vid flera tillfällen lämnades jag mitt i samtalet när lämnade han receptionen. Mycket trevliga kvinnor bakom receptionen som gjorde allt för att svara på våra frågor den unga kvinnan var ny och man upplevde att den otrevliga mannen tilltalade henne otrevligt framför kunderna. På restaurangen kunde vi endast få buffe, en buffe på 595 Nkr,som de inte ens visste viken mat som skulle serveras.Den andra restaurangen som hade bättre mat kunde de inte ta emot oss då de hade mkt att göra trots att restaurangen var nästan till tom.

Quel séjour à l'Hankø Hotel and Spa. Nous avons pu profiter de magnifiques balades sur l’île, en finissant à chaque fois par un sauna et un jacuzzi. Ce fut des vacances très reposantes. Les hôtes étaient à nos petits soins, et la cuisine des chefs excellente ! Allez-y les yeux fermés pour une escapade en pleine nature.

Helt ok hotell . Forventet noe mer komfort med påståtte 4 stjerner, men gode senger og balkong veide mye opp for manglende tannglass etc, på rommet. Ellers var det et trivelg opphold

Fantastisk opphold med spabehandling. Veldig hyggelig betjening både i resepsjon og restaurant. Vi koste oss stort :-)

Det ble en fin opplevelse, litt slitte rom, mangler air condicon, heis var det ikke ,hvis du ligger i 3 etasje ,er det litt kjipt å bære bagasjen opp .manglet lys ute på verandaen. Ikke var det kaffe, vann koker på rommet .Litt liten søppel dunk .litt overrasket over at de som jobbet i spa avdelingen også tok av seg renholdet på hotellet,mangler glass på rommet. Fin beliggenhet selvom du måtte gå et stykke før du kom til hotellet, ligger litt vekk fra vannet .ingen sjø utsikt .vi var heldig med været , så vi var ute hele tiden.
