Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. Service for the room could have been better. However, the area and location *******, ************. Keep your car locked and don't keep any valuables inside. The hallways had roaches, I had to get spray and poison for my room because they kept getting in my room. No, it wasn't a bunch in my room but every now and then I would get small German roaches. Have to make sure to keep some bleach and big spray that's my only gripe besides the area.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was not friendly. They would not refund my $50 until they first of all checked the room. When I was at the front desk I asked if I could use the restroom they said it was out of order. I asked if and I go back to the room and use the restroom they said you have to go next door to the Wawa. I had the feeling as though I was a thief and they were trying to guard their property from me. I feel the service was very unprofessional and not friendly and they were rude .

ディズニーの帰りに翌朝の飛行機が早い時間だった為予約しました。デポジットで50ドル現金で必要です。私は持っていなかったので隣のコンビニにおろしにいきました。

房間很一般，不太挑剔可以將就。不好也不太差。沒有可以誇的，也沒有亮點可以説。反正就住一天算是過關吧。

DO NOT STAY HERE EVER!!! Worst place!!! The receptionist is extremely nasty and rude. The place has roaches too!!! And if you pay beforehand they will refuse to give you a refund.

I’ve recently stayed at quite a few hotels in the Orlando area, and all the rooms booked here have been beyond exception in size, cleanliness, and comfort. There’s no carpeting for those who may have allergies, the pillows are comfy and vary in thickness within each room. Checking in and out was quick, and I wasn’t at all bothered during my stay. The hotel is undergoing OUTSIDE renovation, and you’d not else know based on the cleanliness & condition of the rooms. I was quite surprised, especially as the price is feasible for any budget. Also convenient Wawa, Dollar Tree, & all the fast food chains are within a 2 mile radius.

Wales in and it was soooooo cold as the aircon was on when it wasn’t needed and the state of the property is very ooor.
The service was shocking too- the receptionist wouldn’t allow me to leave my bags there for a few hours as my flight was later in the day and she refused meaning I had to take it around a Disney park- not ideal!
She said “we aren’t allowed and there’s camera everywhere so I don’t want my boss asking why”.
Why exactly, I’m a lying customer, it’s only one small bag? I found the service terrible.
It was also $50 deposit in cash- fortunately I did buy she refused the customer before me and very rude!
