The staff at this hotel are the most polite and friendly staff I've ever met at a hotel. Makes a whole big difference to the overall stay experience. Restaurant is amazing, location is beautiful in the middle of really nice walking routes, rooms are spotless clean. There is nothing I can fault this hotel on .... a pure gem !

Diamond in the rough . Beautiful location great rooms . Excellent Dining Spend three days Health Centre is a must . Beautiful walking trails Personel a 10 plus. Only disappoin**ent breakfast very confusing layout. Juice from card board container. Saw sausage pan with same sausages two days in row First meal of the day should like appetizing and inviting this one certainly did not. Mij rating a 4 for trying Rest of mij experience made however up for it

best hotel for a best price. Had a nice stay, food good, surrondings fantastic, ideal for a holiday break. rooms were clean and comfortable. staff was splendid. terrace available. you can hire bikes. biking and sailing on the l;akes

We had a spacious, comfortable room with a small balcony. Hotel is in a very remote, wooded setting with a charming appeal. Bar was small but lively. Breakfast was a generous buffet with hot items, pastries and choices of fresh juices - well worth it!

This was our first time at the hotel as we were visiting the area due to a friends wedding.
Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and always very helpful, specially when we had an issue with the charging point for our car. They were able to fix it and did it always being so polite and friendly.
The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choice/options.
The location is just fantastic, the fact we wake up to the sound of birds is added bonus.
The only thing I found could be improved: gym facilities and coffee/tea set up in the room to include espresso machine etc.

Great hotel, lovely setting and wonderful staff. Our room was big and very clean. Plenty of parking with EV charge points. Good quality food in the cafe and restaurant. We had a problem with our EV lead getting locked into a charge point. In very cold weather the hotel manager came out a sorted the problem himself. Great service from him and all of his staff during our stay. So, would we stay here again? Absolutely!

Our arrival was pleasant and easy. The room was clean and up to date, however we did get a simpler room than we booked. The reception staff could not upgrade our room as the hotel was fully booked. We got compensation, a cocktail of the house before dinner and a bottle of wine at depart. The swimming pool is small, but sufficient for a relaxed swim. We had dinner at the inner Grand Café. Food was delicious and one should try their home brewn craft beer.
