3HB Clube Humbria - All Inclusive

When we arrived we were warmly greeted, reception answered all our questions. The safe is free for your stay as is daily pool towels. The apar**ent is very spacious. Bedroom was already equipped with a travel cot which was amazing quality. Kitchen had no cutlery, plates etc but has a microwave, kettle (great for baby bottles) and fridge. You can easily request all these from staff though we were told if needed! You're all inclusive though so defos don't need any. You can get very large bottles of water from reception too at any time. TV has lots of channels and some are English too. Balcony is great and spacious. Pools have plenty of sunbeds around them so no need to rush. The pools are cold but you adjust easily once in. There was plenty of activities throughout the day and personally I only did the water aerobics which was great since I had a baby with us. Kids club is for 4+ but they allowed us to come in with our 8 month old to play with some toys whilst we watched them as we didn't pack many in our case! The park outside the kids club is excellent and even has a baby swing. The little aqua park is amazing quality too and is great for older children as adults can relax beside the pool whilst their children are in it. Food was high quality and you are always greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. They are always making fresh food for the buffet. I would say they do serve a variety but not as much chicken if you're fussy. Not to worry but as the snack station at the pool bar was the best thing ever! They served snacks, fruit, toasties, hotdogs, fries, yoghurt etc and we loved it. Also by far the best all inclusive drinks I've had! The sangria is amazing and definitely worth trying. Location is great just 10 minute walk from the beach literally down the hill. Little pubs and cafes on that route that show football too. Pharmacy 5 minuted away and little gift shops are everywhere. I also love that in every block of apar**ents there a "recycle" box, you'll find items that people that are going home no longer need such as pool floats, buckets and spade, beach chairs etc. We took a beach shade and returned it too when leaving was a lovely idea! We mostly missed the night entertainment because its on late for us. There's a mini disco at 8 and then the main entertainment starts at 9pm. From what I did see it was great but get down early to get a seat as they fill up quickly. Staff were amazing and friendly but most importantly ready to drop anything to help you. Can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back in the next few years!

The BEST holiday! We had such an amazing time! The positives; -The food. Was gorgeous every night, with specific nights but also stables such as pasta and pizza. Loved the international nights especially the sushi (couldn’t get enough) and the BBQ afternoon :) There was always something lovely to eat, unlimited ice pops which our little one loved to a last minute snack at the end of the night! I must have put on about a kilo in weight everything was so delicious! - The entertainment staff. They were incredible and my little boy is still talking about ‘tinker bell’ The kiddies disco was fab and we didn’t need to leave the hotel as we were more than happy to stay and watch what the entertainment team would bring. The Disney night was definitely a hit! - The room. We had a gorgeous very spacious 1 room apar**ent which was beautiful and more than happy with, we also got a card and a bottle of champagne on our first night as we were there for a specific occasion which was lovely. - the staff in general. Everyone was lovely! Wanted to mention Reuben who helped with our cases after a long trip. - The pools. Had an amazing splash park, main swimming pool and a kids pool so plenty of choice for everyone! - The cleanliness. Everything was soooo clean! Couldn’t fault anything at all. Negatives (Literally clutching at straws here- just a suggestion) - The toys in the kids club were very tired looking and could do with being replaced. - A self serve for soft drinks around the pool would be good as there was always a bit of a queue at the bar. I would definitely return! Xxx

first time in Portugal and at clube humbria went for 10 days 16th September 2023 this hotel is a great place staff are welcoming pleasant and cant do enough for you. we had a delay and arrived at 11.30pm reception offered us a snack and coffee were very help full, rooms are big clean and well decorated, cleaned everyday. went all inclusive all branded beers and spirits food was great. pool area was nice, loads of sun beds staff always cleaning around the hotel. would recommend this hotel anytime true review

Beautiful hotel, very clean, you are well looked after with free bottles of water for your room. Were full board and never had a complaint to any food or drinks provided. Staff were amazing, the kids club you cannot fault, keeps the little ones entertained from 09:30-20:00hrs with more entertainment afterwards for adults to enjoy. The team from domestic, kitchen, bar, reception, kitchen, entertainers were all courteous, friendly and detail to service. Cant name names cause they are all as good as each other. We went end of October and they had a Halloween theme throughout including the entertainment and kids club. If you’re looking for a quiet holiday this is not for you it’s highly family orientated. There are two different types of kids pools, one a circle pool and another one with water features and slides. The large adult pool also. Just be mindful they are fresh water pool and will be quite cold at first but once in they are enjoyable….kids have no fear.

Excellent hotel, great for families. Facilities brilliant as were the staff!!! This was our second time to the hotel and it was even better than before. Highly recommend.

This hotel was great choice for our first family holiday with our 5 month old :) Pros; The hotel is spotless, always seeing staff cleaning. Food choice was amazing, different variety every night Big, spacious apar**ents Never struggled to find a sun-bed, so many dotted around. My partners main pro - cider on draught unlimited! Cons; Check in was 2pm, we got to the hotel at 1pm and asked if room was ready early (it wasn’t but that’s fine) room wasn’t ready til 3pm. A lot of waiting around with a grizzly baby. Pool was absolutely freezing, my partner wants to go back to this hotel and the only reason I don’t is the pool. I rarely went in it and I love to swim. Info; Beach 10 minute walk away (very steep hill, a killer on the walk back!) A great family hotel, personally wouldn’t recommend for couples

We are not long home from a week away with our 2.5 year old after booking this hotel purely based off all the reviews we read beforehand. Some of the reviews I felt didn’t fit with our experience but overall this hotel is really good value for money, it just fell short in a few areas for us. The Pros: Every inch of the hotel was spotless, the cleaners do a fantastic job. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We had to change rooms our first day & they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The food was really good, we always seemed to prefer the lunch options but the sushi nights of which there were two the week we stayed were a definite hit. Lots of pool options for every age group, we tried them all & there were always sun-beds available although it wasn’t peak season but the hotel seemed like it was full. The Cons: One of the reasons we booked was because of all the great reviews about the children’s entertainment which tbh we found really poor, we have had far better entertainment which our daughter fully engaged with at other hotels & it was a real let down for us. The time of the mini disco we also felt started very late. The beds were not to a comfort level of a 4 star hotel. Tea & coffee in the room would have been nice & expected, the facilities were there (kettle) but nothing was supplied. Be prepared to queue for food during peak times, which we found we couldn’t avoid because of the age of our daughter & her needs. Overall we had a great holiday but it’s not a hotel or chain of hotels we will be rushing back to.

Traveled to 3hb clube Humbria with my husband and 3.5 year old for our first family holiday abroad and what a hotel to choose for our first. I’ll start with the cons, as there’s only one! Cons The apar**ent room door, our son figured out how to open it within the first 5 mins of arriving which was quite concerning, we moved a chair to In front of the door at night and locked the bedroom doors. The lock is just too low and no secondary locks. Pros! The food is 10/10 Amazing! So much to choose from, the themed nights were great! The snacks were lovely, me and my husband loved the toasties, and our son loved the ice cream. The staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you!! The full hotel is spotless! Fresh towels daily, fresh pool towels daily and a daily bottle of water was handy from reception. Pools all clean with plenty of sunbeds, and our son loved the play park. The activities in the kids club were good but I felt a lot of the toys were a little old with missing parts but that didn’t bother my son. Beach is less than 10’min walk away. It’s a lovely beach with restaurants and shops. I used the laundry room, washing machine was 4€ and dryer 3.50€, I went down around 11 and there was already a queue of bags of clothing so would probably recommend going at 10.30am when it opens as we had to wait a good few hours to use it. We do plan to return in future, would be great if they could consider adding an additional lock.

Absolutely amazing time at this hotel. I researched loads of hotels before booking and the positive reviews were consistent. Our trip actually exceeded our expectations and the hotel was immaculate. The food was brilliant, rooms were so spacious and still included a little kitchen area and dining table which was lovely so the kids could sleep and we were still able to enjoy late nights. I’d 100% recommend this to anyone with children. It’s safe, spotless and food is brilliant! We got private transfers from the airport with FATO which took around 30 mins and cost us 70 euro return! Highly recommend them too. Zoo marine we used an Uber to get there, taxi took around 20 mins and cost 17 euro each way. Pharmacy and shops at the end of the road and lovely beach too short walk away around 10 mins. Our holiday was perfect and we will definitely be back again.
