3HB Clube Humbria - All Inclusive

When we arrived we were warmly greeted, reception answered all our questions. The safe is free for your stay as is daily pool towels. The apartment is very spacious. Bedroom was already equipped with a travel cot which was amazing quality. Kitchen had no cutlery, plates etc but has a microwave, kettle (great for baby bottles) and fridge. You can easily request all these from staff though we were told if needed! You're all inclusive though so defos don't need any. You can get very large bottles of water from reception too at any time. TV has lots of channels and some are English too. Balcony is great and spacious. Pools have plenty of sunbeds around them so no need to rush. The pools are cold but you adjust easily once in. There was plenty of activities throughout the day and personally I only did the water aerobics which was great since I had a baby with us. Kids club is for 4+ but they allowed us to come in with our 8 month old to play with some toys whilst we watched them as we didn't pack many in our case! The park outside the kids club is excellent and even has a baby swing. The little aqua park is amazing quality too and is great for older children as adults can relax beside the pool whilst their children are in it. Food was high quality and you are always greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. They are always making fresh food for the buffet. I would say they do serve a variety but not as much chicken if you're fussy. Not to worry but as the snack station at the pool bar was the best thing ever! They served snacks, fruit, toasties, hotdogs, fries, yoghurt etc and we loved it. Also by far the best all inclusive drinks I've had! The sangria is amazing and definitely worth trying. Location is great just 10 minute walk from the beach literally down the hill. Little pubs and cafes on that route that show football too. Pharmacy 5 minuted away and little gift shops are everywhere. I also love that in every block of apartments there a "recycle" box, you'll find items that people that are going home no longer need such as pool floats, buckets and spade, beach chairs etc. We took a beach shade and returned it too when leaving was a lovely idea! We mostly missed the night entertainment because its on late for us. There's a mini disco at 8 and then the main entertainment starts at 9pm. From what I did see it was great but get down early to get a seat as they fill up quickly. Staff were amazing and friendly but most importantly ready to drop anything to help you. Can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back in the next few years!

The BEST holiday! We had such an amazing time! The positives; -The food. Was gorgeous every night, with specific nights but also stables such as pasta and pizza. Loved the international nights especially the sushi (couldn’t get enough) and the BBQ afternoon :) There was always something lovely to eat, unlimited ice pops which our little one loved to a last minute snack at the end of the night! I must have put on about a kilo in weight everything was so delicious! - The entertainment staff. They were incredible and my little boy is still talking about ‘tinker bell’ The kiddies disco was fab and we didn’t need to leave the hotel as we were more than happy to stay and watch what the entertainment team would bring. The Disney night was definitely a hit! - The room. We had a gorgeous very spacious 1 room apartment which was beautiful and more than happy with, we also got a card and a bottle of champagne on our first night as we were there for a specific occasion which was lovely. - the staff in general. Everyone was lovely! Wanted to mention Reuben who helped with our cases after a long trip. - The pools. Had an amazing splash park, main swimming pool and a kids pool so plenty of choice for everyone! - The cleanliness. Everything was soooo clean! Couldn’t fault anything at all. Negatives (Literally clutching at straws here- just a suggestion) - The toys in the kids club were very tired looking and could do with being replaced. - A self serve for soft drinks around the pool would be good as there was always a bit of a queue at the bar. I would definitely return! Xxx

first time in Portugal and at clube humbria went for 10 days 16th September 2023 this hotel is a great place staff are welcoming pleasant and cant do enough for you. we had a delay and arrived at 11.30pm reception offered us a snack and coffee were very help full, rooms are big clean and well decorated, cleaned everyday. went all inclusive all branded beers and spirits food was great. pool area was nice, loads of sun beds staff always cleaning around the hotel. would recommend this hotel anytime true review

Beautiful hotel, very clean, you are well looked after with free bottles of water for your room. Were full board and never had a complaint to any food or drinks provided. Staff were amazing, the kids club you cannot fault, keeps the little ones entertained from 09:30-20:00hrs with more entertainment afterwards for adults to enjoy. The team from domestic, kitchen, bar, reception, kitchen, entertainers were all courteous, friendly and detail to service. Cant name names cause they are all as good as each other. We went end of October and they had a Halloween theme throughout including the entertainment and kids club. If you’re looking for a quiet holiday this is not for you it’s highly family orientated. There are two different types of kids pools, one a circle pool and another one with water features and slides. The large adult pool also. Just be mindful they are fresh water pool and will be quite cold at first but once in they are enjoyable….kids have no fear.

Well What can I say...... What a fantastic holiday we had. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are spacious and are cleaned daily by the maids with fresh towels everyday. We stayed in block H and even though we didn't have the best view on the balcony that didn't matter as we weren't in there much and it was nice and quiet. The food was by far one of the best we have experienced when staying AI. So much choice with different themed nights, there was always something for everyone even our fussy kids. The kids really enjoyed the snack bar where they could help themselves to chips, burgers, nuggets, hotdogs and pizzas and they loved the slushies and ice pops. The pools were freezing but that didn't seem to stop out kids having fun and they loved the water slides. All the staff were friendly and always made an effort to talk to us. We found the easiest way to get around was by the bolt/Uber app. This was so easy to use and do reliable, the longest we ever had to wait was 3 minutes for a driver. We visited the old town, Marina, zoo Marine and had a fantastic time at all these places. The evening entertainment was good especially the shows put on by the entertainment team. Our children were a bit too grown up for mini disco so we tended to eat in the restaurant at that time so it was less busy. It could sometimes be hard to find a table in the entertainment room but seemed to ease once the mini disco was done and some of the families left with young children. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and hopefully we can visit again one day. One Negative ......... It went way too fast 😭

Pros: This is a really nice hotel probably the most clean hotels I have ever stayed in. Pools are being checked a number of times a day to check cleanliness. Buffet restaurant has a variety of food so nobody went hungry at any stage . Bottled water given out at reception , milk cartoons given upon request to take back to the room for the children . Beds comfortable and black out blinds was a god send in getting the children to have a bit of a lay in . Staff were all very friendly and helpful . Kids liked the kids club . Self service drinks machine ( soft drinks ) round the kids pool so never queued for drinks . The kids loved the slides. Two beeches within walking distance , and a few nice resturants down by the smaller beech ( we ate out twice in the evenings) CONS - however the temperature of the pool 19 degrees meant that they was just to cold for the children to spend the time in the pool that they would have liked . This meant that we spent most mornings down by the beech until the pools heated up ever so slightly (at no stage was they ever a nice temperature) Entertainment - suggestion that the bingo should be before the kids disco . With the bingo between the disco and evening performance it really changes the atmosphere as all the lights are switched in and the bingo is very drawn out. Small beach is 10 minute walk larger beech is around 15 minutes ( either a lot of steps down to this one or very long hill. Good location for shops restaurants and bars . We found a lovely little ice cream shop 5 minutes walk that makes homemade ice creams ‘mr and mrs frosty’. Definitely worth a visit . We had a small mini bus transfer that only took around 30-40 minutes Over all a lovely week but the pools really did let this hotel down , this would put me off going back , unless I went later in the year when they had warmed up more .

Just back from our first stay in Portugal at 3HB Clube Humbria, and we mean for it to not be the last! We travelled with Jet2holidays, and they were absolutely brilliant, all travel ran smoothly and they were always available if you had any issues or queries. Check in time at Humbria is 4pm but as our flight was early morning and transfer from the airport only took about 45 min as our bus was fairly empty, only a handful of families on board, we arrived at the hotel before 1pm. Our room wasn't ready but they stored our luggage and sent us off to the restaurant while promising they would do what they could to have our room ready soon. In the end we only had to wait until 2:30 and that gave us time to have our first lovely meal at the buffet and then a walk round to get the lay of the land. The hotel is actually 8 blocks of flats all surrounding the main pool. We were in Block B facing the mini aqua park and honestly I loved that view and was brilliant for photos when my daughter was on the water slides. The rooms were lovely, everywhere in the hotel is super clean, and the sofa beds my daughter said were really comfy. It was a fabulous holiday, the staff are all so lovely and welcoming, the food is absolutely amazing (my daughter loved the chocolate pizzas, and we loved pancakes at breakfast, all the fresh fruit, sushi most nights... I could go on and on!) my daughter had the best time ever on the mini aqua park slides. The only suggestions I could make would be to serve coffee at the lunch buffet not just at breakfast, but not a huge deal as you can still get coffee at the pool bar. The nighttime entertainment ranged from ok to good on some nights (the Disney night was good and we loved the Hollywood show!) but it can be hard to get seats in the melody bar as it fills up early, although you can still hear from the outside area. I might also suggest switching up the playlist each night for the mini disco as it was always the same songs. Getting around is easy with Uber, we went to Zoomarine one day and Praia de Falesia on another. It's also a short walk to Praia de Olhos de Agua which is a smaller beach but very nice. Don't worry about bringing beach towels either, the hotel supplies them and you can change them for fresh ones each day, no rules about not taking them out just don't lose them or you have to pay for them. A huge thank you to all the staff for making this a holiday my family and I will always remember! We hope to see you again!

Not a place to go if you don’t like screaming and crying kids all day long. Food is very repetitive we preferred to go to snack bar on a dinner time as main restaurant was too chaotic. We went with two small children and they didn’t like the hustle and bustle of the place. The pools are freezing cold all year round apparently so kids didn’t even go in them some days and when they did it wasn’t for long. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone without any kids, very noisy. The staff were lovely felt sorry for them having to sweep all the food up off the floor all the time in restaurant. Wouldn’t go back there. We found a nice restaurant near the seafront called Acqua the food was lovely and their desserts to die for.

Excellent hotel, great for families. Facilities brilliant as were the staff!!! This was our second time to the hotel and it was even better than before. Highly recommend.
