3HB Clube Humbria - All Inclusive

When we arrived we were warmly greeted, reception answered all our questions. The safe is free for your stay as is daily pool towels. The apartment is very spacious. Bedroom was already equipped with a travel cot which was amazing quality. Kitchen had no cutlery, plates etc but has a microwave, kettle (great for baby bottles) and fridge. You can easily request all these from staff though we were told if needed! You're all inclusive though so defos don't need any. You can get very large bottles of water from reception too at any time. TV has lots of channels and some are English too. Balcony is great and spacious. Pools have plenty of sunbeds around them so no need to rush. The pools are cold but you adjust easily once in. There was plenty of activities throughout the day and personally I only did the water aerobics which was great since I had a baby with us. Kids club is for 4+ but they allowed us to come in with our 8 month old to play with some toys whilst we watched them as we didn't pack many in our case! The park outside the kids club is excellent and even has a baby swing. The little aqua park is amazing quality too and is great for older children as adults can relax beside the pool whilst their children are in it. Food was high quality and you are always greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. They are always making fresh food for the buffet. I would say they do serve a variety but not as much chicken if you're fussy. Not to worry but as the snack station at the pool bar was the best thing ever! They served snacks, fruit, toasties, hotdogs, fries, yoghurt etc and we loved it. Also by far the best all inclusive drinks I've had! The sangria is amazing and definitely worth trying. Location is great just 10 minute walk from the beach literally down the hill. Little pubs and cafes on that route that show football too. Pharmacy 5 minuted away and little gift shops are everywhere. I also love that in every block of apartments there a "recycle" box, you'll find items that people that are going home no longer need such as pool floats, buckets and spade, beach chairs etc. We took a beach shade and returned it too when leaving was a lovely idea! We mostly missed the night entertainment because its on late for us. There's a mini disco at 8 and then the main entertainment starts at 9pm. From what I did see it was great but get down early to get a seat as they fill up quickly. Staff were amazing and friendly but most importantly ready to drop anything to help you. Can't recommend this place enough and can't wait to come back in the next few years!

The BEST holiday! We had such an amazing time! The positives; -The food. Was gorgeous every night, with specific nights but also stables such as pasta and pizza. Loved the international nights especially the sushi (couldn’t get enough) and the BBQ afternoon :) There was always something lovely to eat, unlimited ice pops which our little one loved to a last minute snack at the end of the night! I must have put on about a kilo in weight everything was so delicious! - The entertainment staff. They were incredible and my little boy is still talking about ‘tinker bell’ The kiddies disco was fab and we didn’t need to leave the hotel as we were more than happy to stay and watch what the entertainment team would bring. The Disney night was definitely a hit! - The room. We had a gorgeous very spacious 1 room apartment which was beautiful and more than happy with, we also got a card and a bottle of champagne on our first night as we were there for a specific occasion which was lovely. - the staff in general. Everyone was lovely! Wanted to mention Reuben who helped with our cases after a long trip. - The pools. Had an amazing splash park, main swimming pool and a kids pool so plenty of choice for everyone! - The cleanliness. Everything was soooo clean! Couldn’t fault anything at all. Negatives (Literally clutching at straws here- just a suggestion) - The toys in the kids club were very tired looking and could do with being replaced. - A self serve for soft drinks around the pool would be good as there was always a bit of a queue at the bar. I would definitely return! Xxx

first time in Portugal and at clube humbria went for 10 days 16th September 2023 this hotel is a great place staff are welcoming pleasant and cant do enough for you. we had a delay and arrived at 11.30pm reception offered us a snack and coffee were very help full, rooms are big clean and well decorated, cleaned everyday. went all inclusive all branded beers and spirits food was great. pool area was nice, loads of sun beds staff always cleaning around the hotel. would recommend this hotel anytime true review

Beautiful hotel, very clean, you are well looked after with free bottles of water for your room. Were full board and never had a complaint to any food or drinks provided. Staff were amazing, the kids club you cannot fault, keeps the little ones entertained from 09:30-20:00hrs with more entertainment afterwards for adults to enjoy. The team from domestic, kitchen, bar, reception, kitchen, entertainers were all courteous, friendly and detail to service. Cant name names cause they are all as good as each other. We went end of October and they had a Halloween theme throughout including the entertainment and kids club. If you’re looking for a quiet holiday this is not for you it’s highly family orientated. There are two different types of kids pools, one a circle pool and another one with water features and slides. The large adult pool also. Just be mindful they are fresh water pool and will be quite cold at first but once in they are enjoyable….kids have no fear.

The hotel facilities were brilliant especially for kids. One bedroom apartment was very spacious. Giant chess, table tennis, games room all good. All the staff were super helpful. Orlando in the restaurant was outstanding - we had members in our group with gluten and nut allergies and it is the best catered for that have ever experienced abroad. Everything was clearly labelled and Orlando and the restaurant team went out of their way making bespoke dishes to ensure everyone was included. Really can’t thank them enough! Only downsides were the water in the pool was absolutely freezing (may be better in summer months) and sadly for us there was a vomiting/diarrhoea bug going around the hotel (three of our group were unwell). Those unwell stayed in room so that took away a lot of the holiday. Staff did their best but seemed impossible to contain.

Fantastic family hotel. Rooms clean and spacious with towels changed daily. Management on hand at all times throughout the day/evening to check everything was ok, they certainly weren't afraid of being around customers or completing tasks deemed below their level. Even spotted one manager covering lifeguard duties for a short while and ensuring all children had fun whilst safely enjoying the water slides. Our son has an eating disorder which is why we chose an all inclusive with an apartment style room. We were provided with all cooking pans and utensils required in the room to ensure our son could eat whilst away as well as the additional offer and reassurance that the restaurant would cook and provide him with anything he required, nothing was too much trouble. It was clear there was a sickness bug doing the rounds whilst we were there (husband caught it and therefore remained in our room) but this is not the hotels fault and more a fault of the people wishing to continue their holiday rather than isolating from others. We saw people using public toilets, restaurants and pool facilities while clearly unwell. The cleaners were busy cleaning all day long. Even the lifeguard was busy cleaning hand rails on the water sides throughout the day. Would highly recommend this hotel for families with young children. If you want to head into the Albuferia old town we recommend using Bolt...only 5 euros each way for a 12 minute journey. Will definitely consider rebooking.

Just booked up for our third visit to this hotel, what can I say that others already havnt said if you are going as a family with children any age you couldn’t find anything better, free safe, free towels, free bottles of water for your room, spacious room, clean, staff are wonderful on my first visit I asked for a cocktail they didn’t do I told them how to make it and they added to their list, iam vegetarian and didn’t have any problems, once you’ve been here with kids you won’t need to go anywhere else

Fantastic holiday.... hotel was absolutely amazing very clean room was very clean. Food was amazing and plenty for fussy eaters. Entertainment was fab for kids and adults. Water slides and splash park was great for the kids and so was the kids club!

Just landed after a six night stay at this hotel. Pros: clean rooms (other than a mass of bird poo in the corner of our balcony). Wonderful entertainment team who work their socks off! Evening entertainment varied and enjoyable. Hotel couldn’t have been more helpful with supplying oat milk for our toddler. Spacious rooms. There was a variety of food each evening and staff all very friendly and happy. We loved the snack bar which was open late and provided an option if you wanted to avoid the restaurant. Unlimited water at reception a nice touch. Cons: The pools are absolutely freezing! Our 2 year old just couldn’t handle it and the massive tipping bucket at the top of the kids slide was enough for him to be too scared to swim all holiday. Daughter who is older enjoyed the bigger slides but didn’t last long before needing to be wrapped up warm. No inflatables allowed in the pool unless it was a floating aid like a ring. Some children had huge rings with characters on etc (not being used as a swimming aid) but our daughter wasn’t allowed a flat strawberry inflatable she likes to use to float about on. A huge con for us was that our stay at this hotel was absolutely ruined by the constant talk around the pool area of a sick bug going around. We spoke to several families who had had it, one lady had her child in the restaurant, whilst she was gagging over a plate of dry biscuits and told me her daughter had caught the sick bug whilst there. She also had her daughter playing in the park on the day she was sick and was off to zoomarine for the day!We were told by another family that reception had told them over 30 families had now had the bug. Another woman threw up in the morning in a public space where the mini disco is held each evening. We feel the hotel could have done a lot more to stop the spread! No notices up about being mindful of 48 rule, or to avoid restaurants, public spaces etc, but staff chatting away to people they knew had had the bug whilst they helped themselves to plates of dry food in the restaurant. We only knew about this because of talking to guests and feel the hotel should have informed guests so they could be vigilant. They said they were undertaking extra cleaning but that’s no use if guests are stupidly not following normal rules and walking around using all the serving utensils and playing in public spaces. We ended up leaving earlier on our day of departure and booked an earlier flight then planned to try our best to avoid catching it as we have had the worst luck on our last three holidays with similar situations and the stupidity of other guests have left us in hospital with sick children in two different counties. I was unable to relax at all always worrying if one of us was going to end up sick. Personally we will be avoiding all inclusive hotels from here but without a sick bug we would have enjoyed this hotel a lot more.
