Otel konum olarak kolay erişilebilir bir yerde. Girdiğiniz andan itibaren Cansu Hanım sizinle birebir iletişime geçiyor herhangi bir aksaklık olursa anında çözüyor. Odalar güzel yeterli büyüklükte. Yemekler ortalama üstünde güzel ve çeşit bol. Havuzlar yeterli büyüklükte kapalı havuz olanağı da mevcut. Alkol çeşidi gerçekten çok fazla ve bar personeli sizi kırmamak adına bir bardak dahi içecek olsanız şişeyi açıyorlar ve ikram ediyorlar. Bir kez daha gelecek olsam bu bölgedeki yegane tercihim bu otel olacaktır

Everything in this hotel is great. All the staff are very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is amazing...it's right on the beach, there are two very very large pools. There is a wide variety of food and drinks. there are shows every night which are pretty entertaining and add to the whole experience. This place is great for family vacation.

We stay in an apartmant with two separeted rooms (one for us and one for our children). The room was clean and everyday the housekeeping came, cleaned and chanched towels. There was various activities for all family members at the pool or in the sport area. In the restorant was a lot of food diversity for all taste. We had a personal assistant from the TUI agency who keep us inform every day about activities, weather, make reservation for a la carte restaurant.

Best hotel with good staff and delicious dishes. We mkved leodikya from lower class hotel and They give us Family rooms as free. Everything was amazin, rooms, Programmes, beach,music... Highly recomended hotel who looking for good place for family and couples

We are very happy this holiday because of food and staff. Thank you for help reception team and also our guest assistan Cansu and Suleyman. Room cleaning is the best every day she make nice things our rooms. Main restaurant everyday different cuisine ❤️. We will come back soon.

We stayed at this resort for 7 days from 25/04/24 - 02/05/24. There were 3 adults and 3 kids. We had an absolute blast. We opted for all inclusive. Pros: Hotel was very clean where staff were always actively keeping the resort clean. Very family friendly and a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything was free, no hidden charges from mini bars to ice creams, coffees, drinks etc. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The resort itself was beautiful, not too big or small. There is also a kid's clubs for under 4s. Cons: Entertainment was mostly catered for German's who were in the majority however the staff did explain that as the UK were not on school holidays there were less Brits at the resort. The entertainments do change to cater for Brits. Although there was a kid's clubs, there could've been a bit more entertainments for older kid's. Highlight: Beautiful resort, clean and kid's friendly. You have to try fresh pancakes made at the resort by a lovely lady who comes in every day from noon. Grand bazaar close by and the best bit of the resort is just walking down to the beach as the resort is actually on the beach itself. 24 hr restaurant which is great for late and early arrivals/departures. I would absolutely recommend this resort for family holidays x
