SpringHill Suites Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

Facilitieswas clean and staff was excellent. Parking could have been better situated but a nice clean room and friendly staff made up for that. All in all I would stay again.

A complete catastrophe of a hotel - and I am not exaggerating. $20 mandatory valet - no self-parking. The hotel across the street advertises free self-parking! Severely understaffed - no one in three days ever answered our calls to the front desk. Often, you will not see ANYONE behind the front counter. The room's A/C was as noisy as a jet engine, the bathroom does not have a door to the toilet, so if you have a family of four (like us) it means the bathroom can only be used by one person if he or she has to go. The desk has a weird three-glass panel that rattles every time you walk in the unit. Even the minifridge is warm! It gets worse. Despite asking for housekeeping every day, we got it only our very last day. David, the evening front desk clerk, refused to give our family amenities like water, combs, and deodorant even though I am a Bonvoy Gold and it's advertised in the room! He also claimed that (a) he had never been to the airport (!) and (b) thus could not give us an approximate time to leave in the morning to make our flight. He even complained to my wife that there was too much noise coming from the lobby bar. What in God's name is this person doing working in a hotel? I could go on, but one last point - this hotel is NOT in the center of lovely Bricktown but at the very end. Stay near the baseball stadium - that is where all the action is. With all the options in the area, you would literally be crazy to choose this place. You have been warned.

Nice new hotel with good access to the highway and Bricktown entertainment area. Only complaints were very low water pressure fr the sink and a/c unit that either blew ice cold air and was loud or room got stuffy quickly. One of the louder units I’ve had lately so bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper. Free breakfast was nice with hot items and you are forced to do $20 valet parking

Location to venue was great. However had to pay to park. Advertised restaurant and bar but it was closed with no explanation as to why. Breakfast was as expected. Room was clean and nice.

Had valet but had to park our own car and still pay for valet. Checkin was great and friendly but then room was not clean - had blood on pillow case and floor was not vacuumed well!

The hotel was very nice, the room was very comfortable. the only negative is the parking situation. You have to pay 20 dollars to park on a lot next to the hotel and when you arrive it appears as if valet is the only option.

Showed up after a delayed flight at 130 AM. Front door was open and there was a note saying “helping customer with door upstairs” I waited about 15 minutes and nobody was around. I walked all 5 floors looking for someone and nobody was around. I then walked around the outside and still nobody. I then walked through all the offices still nobody. After waiting over an hour and walking through every area of the hotel. I went behind the desk to see if I could make my own key. I was unable to do this and ended up sleeping on a couch in the front lobby. The front office staff then showed up through the front door at 3 am almost an hour and half after I arrived. The next morning I told the front office staff I would like a free night on my way back a few days later and they apologized and said the manager would be reaching out to me. It’s been over a week and nobody has reached out to me.

We attended a concert right next door, was very clean and staff was nice and very helpful.
