The booking system was abysmal and far from user friendly. No one in attendance upon arrival. Happily, a total foul up was averted by the owner/manager via phone who was very pleasant and obliging and sorted the electronic mess with the booking.

We booked the wrong dates, rang the property within 2 minutes of booking, the owner would not allow us to change our dates as this was policy. "Too bad, he said" He clearly didn't care one bit. I don't see how it could have been any bother to him to accommodate us at another time. Very Poor.

It would be nice to have a car park allocated to your room. Not have to park anywhere you can find. Room was old, dated however clean with clean bedding

We arrived late and the manager had our room ready and the heater on. At 1am it was the best thing in the world.
No amount of stars show the appreciation for good hospitality.
He was up early to help us get sorted in the morning.
