โรงแรมใกล้ Shri Bhakta Hanuman Templeในเขตนูวาระเอลิยะ

เราไปพักที่นั่นเมื่อวันที่ 8 กรกฎาคม 2562 เราเป็นแขกคนเดียวในโรงแรมอย่างเห็นได้ชัด โรงแรมหายากเพราะไม่มีป้ายบอกทางที่ถูกต้อง ในที่สุดเราก็ไปถึงที่นั่น เมื่อมาถึงเราได้รับแจ้งว่ารับได้เฉพาะเงินสดเท่านั้นซึ่งเราพบว่าค่อนข้างแปลกเพราะมีเครื่องบัตรเครดิตอยู่ 2 เครื่อง พนักงานแทบพูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่ได้เลยทั้งๆ ที่ตอนมืดๆ เราตัดสินใจทานอาหารในร้านอาหาร ขอดูรูปบนร้านอาหารที่แย่ที่เชริซ ตามที่พนักงานบอก พูดภาษาอังกฤษแทบไม่ได้ และโดยยืนยันและยืนยันว่าเราได้ครึ่งสิ่งที่เราต้องการ WIFI ใช้งานไม่ได้เลย จนเราพบว่ามันทํางานเฉพาะบริเวณล็อบบี้เท่านั้น หลังจากทานอาหารแล้วเราได้ไปที่ห้องและปิดไฟทั้งหมดบริเวณล็อบบี้หลักดังนั้นน่ากลัวที่จะนั่งเล่นที่ล็อบบี้ซึ่ง Internet ทํางานได้มากกว่าในห้องของเรา ตอนเช้าเราได้ทานอาหารเช้าที่มีผัดฝรั่งเศสกับไข่บางชนิด ขอดูรูปนะค่อนข้างแย่ ขอบอกว่า เราได้รับแจ้งว่าเจ้าของมาจากนิวซีแลนด์และเขาเพิ่งไปนิวซีแลนด์ พอเช็คเอ้าท์เรายืนยันว่าจะจ่ายด้วย CC แต่นั่นไม่ใช่สิ่งที่บอกได้ ด้านบนที่พวกเราไม่สามารถได้รับใบกํากับภาษีที่ถูกต้องได้ เพียงแต่หลังจากยืนยันและยืนยันและพยายามชําระเงินบัตรเครดิตเรียบร้อยแล้ว เสียดายที่เราลืมธนาคารไฟไว้ในห้อง Elgin คนขับรถของเราโทรหาโรงแรมและพบในห้องพัก ข่าวดีค่ะ ไม่กี่ชั่วโมงต่อมาเราได้ทําแผนโดยที่ไม่ได้ถ่านน้ํามันเพื่อรับแบงค์พลังงานของเรากลับมา ทางโรงแรมจึงโทรกลับมาอีกครั้งพร้อมกับแผนการกู้คืนของเรา เราก็บอกว่าไม่มีธนาคารพลังงานเลย พนักงานก็บอกว่า พนักงานก็บอกว่าไม่มี ธนาคารพลังงาน เลย ทางเราบอกให้เช็คกระเป๋าให้ดีกว่านี้เพราะไม่มี power bank ในโรงแรม ผู้จัดการบอกเราว่าเธอถามพนักงานอีกครั้งและไม่มี safety bank พบ ดังนั้นนอกจากพยายามหาเงินสดแทนบัตรเครดิตที่ติดตามได้จริงแล้ว เราโดนปฏิบัติอย่างไม่ดีในการค้นพบธนาคารพลังงานของเรา ดังนั้นสําหรับเราที่นี่ไม่ใช่โรงแรมที่ไว้ใจได้ หลีกเลี่ยงในทุกกรณี !

Down a long drive, not for the faint hearted, we arrived at Goatfell, a true home from home style hotel, with only 4 guest rooms. Our room was beautiful and included a lovely cot for our 9 month daughter. The location is quite remote so we spent the 2 days walking and relaxing in the grounds, rather than driving reasonable distances to local activities. The food was incredible and offered a great selection of local delicacies as well as international dishes. We love the fact that lots of the vegetables and herbs were grown in their gardens. The staff were all wonderful, welcoming and very happy to help with any request… including washing numerous bottles for our daughter. We would certainly recommend Goatfell to anyone wanting a relaxing break surrounded by beautiful scenery.

We spent two wonderful days at the Tea and Experience Factory, where we found ourselves immersed in the tranquility of nature. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, gentle mist, refreshing winds, and picturesque tea gardens, it felt like an escape into pure serenity. The food was excellent, and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making our stay truly memorable. While the winding road leading to the hotel is fairly maintained, its narrowness adds a bit of challenge to the drive. However, the journey is absolutely worth it. This location is perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers, and a drive to Kabaragala Falls is a must-do experience. One note: since the property is a renovated tea factory, the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t ideal. I recommend booking an upper-floor room with a scenic view for a more peaceful stay.
