Everything was so good. Lemas delivered to all its ends. From delicious meals to excellent service, we were able to enjoy staying at Nuwara Eliya to the best!! They helpes us out a lot with travelling too. Will be coming back for sure!

Une catastrophe ! A fuir. (English Below) - Les draps et le ligne étaient tâchés et sales (cf. photos). - La fenêtre d'une des salles de bain était cassée et bloquée, ouverte... alors qu'il fait froid à Nuwara Eliya (cf. altitude). - Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans 2 des 3 chambres à l'étage. - Un bus s'est mis à proximité de l'hébergement diffusant de la musique jusque plus de minuit, en mode boite de nuit (cf. photo). Impossible de dormir. - Le logement n'a aucun charme particulier, pas vraiment de vue. - Il est très loin du centre ville (environ 30 minutes en voiture) et dans un quartier où il n'y a pas vraiment de restaurants alors que l'hébergement n'en propose pas... Nous avons passé une nuit sur les 3 prévues initialement et avons dû nous reloger à nos frais ! ---- A disaster ! To flee. (English Below) - The sheets and line were stained and dirty (see photos). - The window of one of the bathrooms was broken and blocked, open... although it is cold in Nuwara Eliya (see altitude). - The heating did not work in 2 of the 3 bedrooms upstairs. - A bus is located near the accommodation playing music until after midnight, in nightclub mode (see photo). Impossible to sleep. - The accommodation has no particular charm, no real view. - It is very far from the city center (around 30 minutes by car) and in an area where there are not really any restaurants even though the accommodation does not offer any... We spent one night out of the 3 initially planned and had to find new accommodation at our own expense!
