Only giving four stars because the temperature of the room was so uncomfortable. It’s February, but was in the 60s during the day. Even though I set the wall therm on COOL and a low temp, it stayed at 72, which made for a bit a misery. The hotel and room are so cute, and well appointed, so twas a shame. If you need a fan or some cooking, just keep the AC sitch in mind.

We stayed here on our way back from Michigan, the hotel was clean, staff was helpful and it felt like a safe area.
I have just found the breakfasts to be highly processed and would rather not eat then eat that kind of food. Overall, this hotel met my expectations.

We usually try to stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we travel and the one in Milan, OH was exceptional. Very clean and the staff was wonderful. We also enjoyed a wonderful swim in the evening.
