- Location is right next to BTS Phra Kanong, literal 1 min walk, with Starbucks and supermarket nearby - Despite the proximity to BTS and Sukhuvmit road, the hotel is very quiet inside, this is because another building in front is blocking the noise - The AC is in my room was very powerful, it got so cold I often had to set it to 25C lol. - My room was large and spacious, and had a cozy interior. I stayed in Room nr 1 which is the “Premium King Room”

Pros Good location just 2 minutes to Phra Khanong BTS Good stable wifi Balcony area with table Washing machine available Tops market nearby Bed quite comfortable Kettle Wardrobe Very very friendly girls working Street food outside Cons: No lift/elevator Room not cleaned in 4 nights No fresh towels No 7/11 AC is loud Shower only cold water No room safe Traffic noise No hairdryer Ants Not so many bar/restaurant nearby I didn't really enjoy my stay. Too many annoying things. My advice is to go a couple of BTS station away (Punnawithi) for better value
