On line stated free breakfast and parking, no breakfast since covid closed, i stayed 6 nights, last day after driving out for lunch, returning at 1:20 pm, there was no parking spots left( check out 11 am, check in 3 pm)was told to pay for parking in a lot, the management wouldn't tow illegally parked, even though 8 more people hadn't checked in yet- so frustrating! I spent more than $1000 for my stay.

The vintage atmosphere is quaint, but some maintenance is lacking. Walls had peeling paint. The noise of the uncarpeted hallways, the lack of any sound deadening and the poor maintenance of the door closers made for an extremely noisome stay. There wasn't enough outlets to run the few amenities. Had to choose between lights or the microwave. Had to move the fridge from in front of the heater to plug in the lamp... Little to no hotel parking, plan to pay in the local lot... No late night food options, plan accordingly.

The charm is incredible, one feels as if they have stepped through a time portal into the past. As promised, there were records and a record player to make the experience even more vintage. Staff were kind, professional and accommodating. Easy walk from train station. Don't hesitate to make a reservation!

Fun historic hotel and close driving to okemo and mt snow. Walkable to restaurants and shops, though Brattleboro is a bit sleepy!

We stay at the Latchis whenever we visit our family in Brattleboro, and we love it. It's a vintage hotel, so you have some cool touches like light fixtures and radiators from the old days. Our favorite parts are the classic rock albums and turntable (bring your bluetooth speaker!) and the attached pub and movie theater. We had drinks and listened to a band after dinner. Restaurants, bars and shops are an easy walk from the hotel, and the staff is top notch. Love it!

We've been to the Latchis Hotel before, so we decided to go back for a spontaneous Valentine's Day getaway. We specifically requested a quiet room with limited noise, and that is exactly what we got. Our room overlooked a portion of the river and the Coop across from it. We enjoyed the pleasure of getting away and found our stay "just right." We loved the addition of the phonograph is our room, which brought back wonderful memories. The Latchis Pub next door was a convenient spot to relax with a glass of wine. We highly recommend the Latchis to anyone who wants a change of view and a comfortable, welcoming hotel.

If you're looking for something other than a cookie cutter chain hotel, this is the place. Fantastic location right downtown. Friendly staff, room had a fridge and microwave. Hotel parking available. A pub right in the hotel for a nightcap. It's a restoration project that's still in progress so perhaps one day a small fitness center (there's plenty of outdoor activities) but overall we really enjoyed

Cute little hotel and friendly staff!! Would be nice to have new carpet or flooring put down in the rooms. Current carpet looks old. But overall was very clean!

The hotel is dated, probably for the appeal of historical accuracy. The carpets made me want to vom but otherwise it was a good stay. conveniently in the center of everything so we were able to walk everywhere
