Cuddly house that really deserves the name ROMANTIK hotel. Especially the very friendly staff should be emphasized. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Only the parking and charging price for the car (hybrid) were a bit excessive.

Hotel Reichshof is run in a traditional manner but I did find the check in a bit cold. It is a lovely hotel with charming rooms. Our beds were not made for the second night??? I understand that they are influenced with the idea of doing the most to keep the environment but find some other way of doing it. The breakfast buffet is large and very good and so is the kitchen in the evenings but to prepare a freshly made fried egg is too much trouble and one has to be content with the half warm/cold egg premade. The cake and coffee possibility in the late afternoon serves cake from the day before and only what is left - but the staff are willing to help.

Das Zimmer in dem ich untergebracht war, war in einem kleinen Häuschen abseits des Hauptgebäudes. Das Zimmer war relativ klein (circa 10 m²) und sauber sowie pragmatisch eingerichtet und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ebenso das kleine Bad. Morgens war Frühstück bis 10.00h. Als ich am Sonntag morgen um 9:20 Uhr runter kam war das Buffet schon ziemlich geplündert und teilweise nicht nach gelegt. Der Frühstücksbereich besteht aus mehreren Räumen die gut gefüllt waren. Kaffee und Ähnliches gab es nur aus einem einzigen Automaten der vom Personal bedient wurde. Insofern kam es zu längeren Wartezeiten bei der Bestellung die dann an den Tisch gebracht wurde vom Service Personal. Absurd. Bei der Menge an Leuten wären mindestens zwei Kaffeeautomaten, idealerweise in Selbstbedienung, zwingend. Das Rührei war in einer kleinen Schale im Rechaud untergebracht für maximal 4-5 Personen, es gab also immer wieder Warteschlangen und die Gäste warteten darauf dass nachgelegt wurde. In Summe hatte ich den Eindruck dass nicht viel Sorgfalt auf das Frühstück gelegt wurde. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe für eine Nacht 128 € inklusive Parkplatz und Kurkarte (wofür?) bezahlt,das ist in der off – off – season eine ambitionierte Preisgestaltung.

Aufgrund der Pandemie und der Umstellung auf Heimisch-Genuss Plus waren wir jetzt einige Jahre nicht im Reichshof. Da sich für uns dieses Arrangement im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht rechnet, haben wir klassisch ÜF gebucht und sofort Plätze im Restaurant für die Abende reserviert. Die Küche war wie schon seit Jahren hervorragend. Selbstverständlich ändern sich im Laufe der Jahre Abläufe und manchmal geht so auch die persönliche Note verloren, trotzdem haben wir uns wieder gut aufgenommen gefühlt und konnten nach einem schönen Wochenende erholt heim fahren.

Tolles Romantik-Hotel in historischem Gebäude. Nettes Personal und große geschmacklich sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Der Wellnessbereich ist richtig toll und das Essen war sehr gut. Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten kann.

Zimmer mit Familie sehr geräumig aber auch hellhörig. Trittschall und Geräusche teils unangenehm wahrnehmbar. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Fußgängerzone raus, hier teils leichter Lärm aber nicht zu später Stunde. Betten sehr hart. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein, was aber sicher dem großen Pflegeaufwand der Immobilien geschuldet ist und nicht der einzelnen Raumpflege. Das ganze warme Ambiente ist schon schön. Das Frühstück war hervorragend mit vielen regionalen Produkten. Insgesamt hat man ein gutes Raumgefühl hier.

Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Alles sehr bemüht den Gästen den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen.
Sehr gutes und reichliches Frühstück.

Wieder einmal wurden wir nicht enttäuscht, die Freundlichkeit des Personals, das Zimmer, die Qualität der Speisen und der Wellnessbereich waren wieder topp. Das im Service nicht immer alles klappte, muss man in der heutigen Zeit einfach auch mal hinnehmen, es fehlte wie überall schlichtweg Personal - die Damen und Herren, die da waren haben ihr Bestes gegeben! Die Wellnessanwendungen, Massagen bei Domenico waren genial.

Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Superior-Zimmer. Hervorragende Küche und sehr aufmerksamer Service. Insgesamt sehr zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter im ganzen Haus. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit für Bahnfahrer.
