This is our third time coming here. Its cute, quiet and cozy. The staff are friendly and really helpful. The only thing that we didn't like is that the pool was cold and not heated, especially cause its close to the outside which makes the water and room itself cold. Overall had fun and we will be coming back again

Awful place to stay. First it was 37$ to park in a private lot fine but upon check out they tell you 57$ for some sort of other fees with parking. Then they advertise tv couldn’t use it.. then shower wouldn’t drain then no water pressure. After our stay I went to check out and they checked our room and told me a bath robe was missing. When I told them there was only one in the first place I was told I was lying and when the manager came I told him to check my car and my bags I did not have them he said he couldn’t check it and I could have given it to someone else in another car. Really? I wanted a 129$ plus tax bath robe that bad I would go through all that trouble? So I had to pay for it. The pictures DO NOT match the actual rooms they are worn down and drab with no circulation you can’t open the door at all. What a waste.

The web site advertisement was very different from was portrayed. The web site advertised a show at that location every Saturday night, that was untrue when we were checking in the host lets us know that shows started in May not in February when we were there. Parking rate was $30/night a hidden fee, the adjacent parking lot rate was $10 all day. our room had no common amenities like a microwave or refrigerator not even HD tv, For a boutique hotel it was not romantic at all.i would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel. Very friendly staff. The wine bar was beautiful band the bartender friendly and fast. The bao appetizer was amazing! No fridge in the room, but we got by with ice, and there may have been fridges in other rooms, I don’t know.

The walls are paper thin and we were kept up for hours by a couple in the next room which honestly was not entertaining nor funny…it was disgusting and for the price of the stay we should have had soundproofed rooms. The hotel is extremely dated, and the corridors smelled of old cigarette smoke, the rooms were cold and the heaters made horrific rattling noises. While it is close to all attractions, better to stay somewhere else.

1. Towels were so thin and felt like sandpaper
2. The TV in our room was so old it was in fact antenna not cable and had zero hdmi inputs
3. The heater in our room had broke, and would not turn off. Maintenance was called at 8pm but did not show up till 9 after looking at it for a bit they could not fix it and we ended up having to change rooms at 10pm
4. While moving rooms there was zero offer of help and no apologies were given for the inconvenience.
Overall very poor experience here, for the price being payed and photos shown on website we were very disappointed in what we saw and experienced.I would not recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay! The room was comfy, cozy, and clean. The restaurant on-site was the BEST breakfast we had ever had. The prices were fair and reasonable, and the location was perfect! Located between the downtown area and Clifton Hills. We could walk anywhere we needed within 15 minutes, including down to the falls at night without having to pay outrageous parking fees. The one and only complaint I have is that the wifi was kind of hit or miss. Outside of that, I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone at the hotel was really friendly. When we were checking in, they showed us different rooms and let us choose what we wanted. They also brought us up a mini fridge because we needed one. The room was warm and cozy. I especially loved the bed and the fireplace. The restaurant had very good food and the atmosphere wss beautiful.
