It is very near to goat island and Niagara Falls. The room is big and can put 2 big luggage. Free breakfast but carpark at usd11 plus which public parking is just usd10. Will be great if come with free parking. Cleaning every 3 days. Clean towels at the reception. The bed is comfortable but pillows a bit too soft and small. After all, will stay against if coming again.

Good location, quiet at night. But our stay were spoiled by a group of families which allowed their children to run around and making noise, the parents also speak very loud. Room to room insulation is very poor where we heard the next door speaking (also they are speaking too loud, late at night and early in the morning). I believe hotel should exercise over noise pollution by the guests so that others will not be affected. Hotel staff is kind that she assist us to booked a taxi to cross the border to Canada side.

Dirty...dirty...dirty....bad smell in room too. Staff was nice. There's a Double Tree Hilton across the street- stay there instead!

The stay was pretty average overall. The location was decent and the basic facilities were okay, but nothing really stood out in a positive way. The room was acceptable for a short stay, although there were some small details that could definitely be improved to make guests feel more comfortable. The atmosphere was fairly normal and the experience was neither particularly good nor particularly bad. Staff service was okay, but there is still room for improvement in terms of communication and efficiency. Cleanliness and amenities were acceptable, but not especially impressive. Overall, it’s an alright place if you just need somewhere simple to stay for a short period, but I probably wouldn’t consider it memorable or exceptional.

Was an ok hotel given the price was reasonable Heads up they don’t give you any water bottles or Slippers so must carry your own

Table cabinet is broken, no bathrobe, no toothbrush and toothpaste, no complimentary water, we can hear the sounds of footstep from the ceiling, phone is not working, there are 2 lifts one is not working.

good location for visiting the falls. no washing machines but the hotel beside has one

Worth the price, clean n big room. breakfast is good. Close to ******, A&W just next to hotel. 10 mins walk to Niagara Falls. Strongly recommended.

Not bad for the price. Room was not very clean. Stains on furniture and looked like floor wasn’t mopped. Cracked tiles and grout. Subpar.
