I am allocated a room at the 6 floor. I found out that there is upper and surface level for the room. And my room was in upper level, I need to carry my luggage up without any ramp at all so inconvenient, the designer must be a ********

The receptionist was very kind even though Trip.com used incorrect photos - the room advertised on the platform shows pictures of a renovated bathroom - this is not the case.

Very nice and clean Hotel. Comfortable bedding, as you always can expect from Hilton. We got free upgrade to family room once I requested possibilities for a twin bed.

This hotel is good. Location is convenient

Service was good and facilities were ok. Breakfast was normal.

有健身房和spa，門卡是木質的，很特別。第一天還有歡迎餅乾🍪 但是和在海德堡的希爾頓相比還是各方面都略低一點，價格卻高了幾百。 可能兩個城市的繁華程度不一樣，而且好像漢諾威每個酒店都要税。 小朋友入住提前給安排了梳化床，但是要補差價，海德堡就不需要。房間裏的礦泉水還要8歐，海德堡是每天都免費一瓶的。

此次旅行最滿意的一個酒店，面積大，離火車站近，地鐵站近，我們逛各種店都方便，去火車站也是走路可到達！

Nice hôtel

上次來漢諾威就看見這家酒店了，所以這次果斷決定定這家酒店，酒店房間非常寬敞整潔，床也很舒服。衹是浴室裏的隔水簾總是往外面濺水很不方便。

酒店很好，我是很晚到達的，前台送了我一個曲奇真的很贊。美中不足的是距離漢諾威總站有一定的距離，如果太多行李會比較困難
