Room was very clean and comfortable. What I liked were the tile floor in the room. NO CARPET. Believe this is a better way to keep room very clean. The breakfast was very good, but, but if you are a coffee drinker, beware. My wife and I both had the medium roast coffee. The coffee tasted like it was on the stove and boiled until it was burnt.

Had a horrible experience didn’t even stay at the hotel. We had a hotel reservation things changed so I called within the 24 hour to cancel my reservation and I was greeted by a rude customer service person at the front desk who told me that they would not allow anyone to cancel. Then they charged my card that night even though I was calling to cancel and had never stayed at the hotel and then I called my bank to have it canceled. They canceled it and then two days later they tried to charge my card again and overdrafted my account and cause me a huge headache. I called back to speak to someone at the hotel in the front desk clerk hung up on me!!! I will be contacting corporate save your self the headache and go somewhere else. No customer service at all. Very rude.

The hotel listed a sofa bed to AAA and they do not have one. Misrepresentation. Also, the sheets were dirty with hair and who knows what else…. Left and didn’t stay. Front desk was not helpful nor fast. I would not recommend! This was a major inconvenience when traveling.

Hubby (75) and I (70) spent one night here during a cross country trip. We had stayed here a couple of years ago as well. Although we did not use the amenities or have the breakfast, we found the property to be quite comfortable. It appears to have undergone a “refresh” recently. Hallways had fresh paint; floors on our room had LVP flooring instead of carpet, furnishings fairly new. Everything clean. The layout of the bathroom was versatile. The vanity/sink was separated from the tub/shower and toilet area. All we needed was a clean, comfortable, convenient place to stay for the night. This filled the bill,

Recently remodeled & such a great stay for our last night before getting home!! I told my husband, I believe saved the best for last!! Super clean, super nice employees!! Definitely will recommend to anyone I know coming through this way!!!

The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and spacious. Having breakfast was a plus as well the choices provided. I enjoyed my stay. I definitely would stay again and recommend to others to stay. Thank you.

Disappointed in the complementary breakfast. Both mornings we went at 8am for breakfast and they were out of most everything, also sausage was rubbery. They advertise serving until 9am, but after 8 no longer refilling. No real cream for coffee just powdered creamer. Very disappointed.

Gentleman at front desk was not overly friendly. Refrigerator was not working and he offered us another room upstairs but we declined. We were not here long because there were numerous tornadoes headed towards this town. We checked out. Nothing wrong with the place (other than refrigerator), we just wanted to be safe from the severe weather. We were not offered a refund.

Great hotel. Newly renovated. Clean. Friendly check in. Very fair price. Pool looked very clean. Did not use. Breakfast was lacking. No breads. Needed.more choices. Hallway has very good lighting. Close to Culver's.
