The Hotel’s location is very close to The Newcastle International Airport and the Metro. Just a few minutes walk can be reached. Clean with sufficient lighting is good. The bed’s quality is a bit soft and old. If it is changed, it will be better.

Very closely located next to Newcastle airport, no more than 5 min walk. Friendly check in team, clean room and option to take food from restaurant to room is very convenient for solo travelers.

很好！剛進去的時候下雨走的是餐廳，超級貼心的幫我和行李送到了前台，前台小姐姐也很平易近人，剛去很多聽不懂，卡也不能用，特別貼心的指導。衞生不錯，床品乾淨，離機場幾分鐘距離，附近就是地鐵站很不戳！

Having stayed here a few times I find the staff everywhere in the hotel are great very personable and friendly to both customers and each other. Facilities are good nice bar and food area. Rooms clean and tidy and suited my needs. Only issue is the building could do with a spruce up, especially toilet area in the restaurant, just cosmetic but still clean

In contrast to a previous PremierInn stay at a different location this hotel was great and staff were helpful and our stay was comfortable and we’d stay there again. Spacious room and the right amount of towels and staffed 24/7 I can’t say anything but good, cheers to all .

Excellent location when visiting Newcastle Falcons. There is another Premier Inn a short distance away. Both are very close to the Metro stations with great links to Kingston Park and the rest of Newcastle. The hotel is walking distance from the airport and I think parking may even be cheaper than at the airport.

Extremely easy check in. Good rooms. Restaurant and bar, the staff were Fabulous, a big shout out to them. The holiday starts as soon as you arrive the night before your flight and this certainly happened here! Thank you!
