"Hotel Room and bathroom was lovely and spacious, we had a complementary upgrade - rooms are clean and minimalistic, but dusty. Beds are king size and comfortable. Double rooms needed another mirror and a kettle. Room came with a safe and mini fridge. We had an issue with a light and air conditioner not turning off- reception said could not help until the next day which was a little disappointing. (Lady in reception was super lovely) Hotel is 15min metro ride from centrale Milan, metro station is a 4 min walk from hotel. There a few small restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets near hotel."

"Lovely hotel to stay in, very quiet and within easy walking distance to the city. Shower was excellent and bed very comfortable. Fridge in room with a large TV. Highly recommended."

"避雷 Usually, I leave positive reviews for hotels, but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience staying at Be Mate CityLife in Milan. From the moment we entered the apartment, there was a strong unpleasant smell, similar to mould, coming from the bedrooms. The odor was noticeable throughout the stay and made the apartment very uncomfortable. Even the housekeeping team acknowledged the smell. However, on the day of check-out, the hotel denied all feedback regarding the issue. We reported the matter immediately to both the hotel and Trip.com. More seriously, I injured myself on the bathroom door handle within just a couple of hours of arriving, due to sharp handle and the narrow passage space. Instead of showing genuine concern or taking responsibility, the hotel’s response was extremely disappointing. They stated that the door was “designed in a way that it can swing back and forth” and suggested that the incident was due to not knowing “how to properly use it.” In fact, I had not even touched the door when the injury occurred. I found this response inappropriate and dismissive toward a guest who was injured on their property. On the other hand, Trip.com handled the situation professionally and showed genuine human care throughout the process, which I sincerely appreciated. Unfortunately, due to the hygiene issue, unpleasant smell, and the hotel’s attitude toward customer safety and feedback, I would not recommend staying here."

"Местоположение очень хорошее, соседи шумные на улице двери скрипят слышно с квартиры , в 6 часов начинают мусор вываливать из окна очень слышно плохо работает кондиционера в остальном квартире нормальная жить можно"
