สะอาดมากและเงียบสงบมากในตอนกลางคืนมีกาต้มน้ำในห้องพัก มีบาร์อยู่ที่ชั้น L ของโรงแรม ดังนั้นคุณจึงไม่ต้องกังวลเรื่องความปลอดภัยเมื่อออกไปสนุกสนานในตอนกลางคืน สรุปง่ายๆ ก็คือโรงแรมที่หายากและคุ้มค่าในใจกลางเมือง

Blake, the Doorman, was fantastic. You can tell the staff at this hotel are hospitality experts. Slept great and comfortable beds. Gym is very small. Dumbells only go to 30lbs and just one bench and treadmill. Worked great for me but only two people could fit in there.

Their front desk and the accommodations were the champ!
Unfortunately, I wouldn't come here again due to the bellboy/valet services, one of them are pushover and stubborn. Especially he barged into my vehicle with my guest inside; my guest was confused and scared of who HE was as I came outside to see him moving few inches on an empty parking space. I am the driver. Then he told me to go inside while I am still unpacking my luggage inside car into the trolley. I told him to WAIT three times. It was quiet at that time as well. Too many stories but no. Not good moments with that valet/bellboy around.

Nice hotel in a central location. Walking distance to just about everything. My room had a terrace, and the view of the Empire State Building was priceless. A great place for a weekend away.

The location and the staff receive high marks. However, they cannot make up for the absolutely terrible environment, unfortunately. The room itself was a tiny, airless box. For a pricetag of over $1,000 for 2 nights we slept in a room with no adjustable thermostat. It was 77 degrees and stifling. Repeated calls to the front desk got apologies but no solutions, even when we asked if they could just locate a fan to help with the temperature. The window cracked open about an inch and a half (barely) but there was no way to get the air to circulate. It was utterly miserable to sleep there and hard to believe they can charge those prices without any comfort control in the rooms. Even with the heating system shut off, the room stayed at 77 degrees. Simply awful. Cannot recommend anyone stay there. Deeply disappointed.

Highly recommend staying here - Beautiful, clean, safe, wonderful staff, great lounge and overall central to everything. Definitely would stay here again!

Stayed here for the weekend with my husband and son. The prices (everywhere in NYC) were jacked up since it is close to Christmas so we already felt like we were overpaying. We payed the fee to upgrade to a junior suite since there were 3 of us. However, the suite only had one bed (?) and when we asked about this the manager was not gracious or particularly helpful. They did give us a rollaway bed and waived the additional $75 fee (!) for this. The room was dark but very clean. The shower has one of those half walls so it was impossible not to flood the bathroom each time. Overall, it was fine but I would not stay there again.
