很乾凈而且晚上非常安靜，房間裏有燒水壺。酒店L層就是bar，晚上消遣也不用擔心出門安全，總之是中城區難得的高性價比酒店。

各方面都比較滿意，比較衞生，前台服務態度很好，主動幫助拉門拿行李。酒店位置也不錯。

酒店硬件還可以，但是前台服務非常一般。幾次接觸下來都覺得有些不禮貌。

Excellent service overall. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Jonah and Cris went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, offering fantastic recommendations for activities and dining options in the area. Highly recommended!

Great little boutique hotel in the Nomad area of NYC. The staff was the most polite and accommodating I’ve encountered in NYC. We really appreciated the doorman Chris. He gave us good restaurant recommendations and in general provided excellent service.

It was a great stay. Very clean and personable staff that attended to our requests in a timely manner. Would come again in the future. Christopher especially was very kind and attentive. The only thing might be the walls are a little on the thin side, but nothing out of the ordinary compared to other hotel experiences.

AKA - is simply superb. A real value for money spot with incredible design. I absolutely loved my 7 day stay here - it is perfect for business as its centrally located , easy and quick access to rooms as its only 14 floors. The room itself was well designed , serene and has quality finishes and the balcony view of the Empire State Bldg was incredible. I have stayed in a lot of NY hotels and definitely this will be my new regular one. Ofcourse there are grander hotels but if you are on a budget and want true value for money then this is it

O hotel tem excelente localização e quartos confortáveis e arejados. No entanto, tive um problema bem chato: uma das minhas peças de roupa favoritas simplesmente sumiu e a equipe diz não ter encontrado nada.

We recently stayed at Aka, formerly known as Rogers, and were thoroughly impressed by the service, especially from Ian, our concierge. Ian was not only friendly but extremely knowledgeable, providing us with top-notch restaurant and shopping recommendations. He also went above and beyond by arranging our transportation to the airport efficiently. It’s reassuring to see that the excellent staff remains unchanged despite the hotel’s new identity. However, we did miss the charming touches of the complimentary glass of wine at 5 pm and the free coffee in the lobby, which were always appreciated in the past. Nonetheless, our experience was delightful, and we highly recommend a stay here for anyone visiting the area. Ian’s dedication truly makes a difference!
