房間老舊，深夜有大大的蟑螂出入；地毯看起來很多年了，室內散發著黴味。早餐的環境還行，但種類很少且味道中庸。
總之是一次非常差的體驗，以後不會再選這家

호텔 컨디션이 괜찮았습니다. 메인 중심가에서는 걸어서 15-20분 정도 걸리지만 그정도는 충분할 정도로 좋은 조건입니다.

During the afternoon nap, the attendant entered the room without knocking, prepared to check out, took out the wallet in the safe and found that five hundred dollars were missing! It's really scary.

Ohotel was Old and dated. Looked much different than the photos. Room decor needs a facelift. Very friendly and attentive staff and a good location

Property is a little dated, but very welcoming check in, great space and very comfortable!
Rooftop bar, great views, but expensive and staff somewhat aloof. The dinette next door great place for breakfast and Essa-bagel around the corner also very good.
Really handy location, Central Park, Times Square and Grand Central all easily walkable!
Yellow Cab from JFK fixed fare, circa $115 inc tip, then Train back for two costing $15 each via Jamaica and Air Train…. Enjoy

Friendly helpful staff. Very clean rooms
The showerhead was an inch wide and the walls rumble when the shower is turned on. The window wouldn’t close all the way so the room was always cold. The elevator won’t stop at the lobby. It goes to the basement and then you have to go back up. I have stayed many times at the Kimberly but never on this side of the hotel. I don’t think I will go back
