Hampton Inn by Hilton New York Times Square

We stayed around thanksgiving time. Great hotel to be close to the Macy’s parade. We only had to walk 1/2 a block. The hotel has 2 hotels in one. Which can get crowded when getting on the elevators. Room seem smaller than most hotels. With just enough room to move around. Hall way are extremely thin allowing foot traffic to be as single file line. Room service for cleaning is every 2 or 4 days. You have to let front desk if you need anything replenished. They will stock you up and night time, so be prepared to have a visitor at night. Unfortunately we were too tired to get up for breakfast. So we missed out on it and can’t review the breakfast. Hosts were nice and welcoming.

Everything was wonderful. Perfect location for Time Square, Broadway, Bryant Park, subway. I would definitely stay again. Although we didn’t have time to eat the breakfast offered, I did get coffee and the all of the food they offered looked wonderful. Many options to choose from.

The location was fantastic. The hotel was close to the TKTS outlet and most theaters. Noise from the street was loud no matter what time of day. I'd stay here again but I'd ask for a room on a higher floor.

Big line for breakfast, need waiting for tables, for foods, finished foods… waiting to take the elevator like 20 minutes. That’s terrible.

conveniently located. clean room. There is an iron in the room and a hairdryer, but there is no toothpaste or disposable slippers. a lot of people at breakfast, especially Friday - Saturday

The hotel itself is very well located, the rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. My only point is the waiting time to use the elevators, it took us around 15 min and many crowded elevators to get to the lobby from the 5th floor. At the end was faster and easier to take the stairs.

Hotel is in a good location if you’re looking for something relatively central in Manhattan. Like most of the reviews the elevators are very slow in the morning and mid afternoons (waited almost 20min). No parking on site (typical for Manhattan) but valet was pricey at $85 a night. Room was clean and hotel was quiet.
