I was held captive in the pool by security. I had to climb out using the seats as he had blocked stairs. Allan Lindo head of security said it was a misunderstanding and never answered my questions. I’m traumatized. Before that happened, I enjoyed the hot tub during my stay. Food staff is the best.

I had the best week partying at H2! The entertainment staff was wonderful and their shows are top notch! Do not miss the kama sutra palace workshops and tantric massages! Even as a single person, I found them to be beautiful and educational, though they are definitely better with a partner! I also really enjoyed the morning yoga on the beach!

Best vacation ever. Relax, reconnect at the most beautiful beach. Put your phone in the safe, unplug the tv and disconnect. Splurge and get a hot tub ocean view room. The ability to sit outside in an afternoon rain or walk right out to the ocean is intoxicating. We enjoyed our beachside massages, and this year added the salt scrub, where you wash your partner off in the ocean after the trea**ent. Food and restaurants are very good and very healthy. But the service is just spectacular. We are amazed every time we go. This trip we renewed our vows, and we are so glad we did. Shackara and the rest of the concierge team set everything up and even made a last second change due to the rain without a hitch. Kafarah and the Mermaid Spa made my bride feel like a true Jamaican Mermaid Princess with their expertise and friendliness. Last, but not least, DO NOT miss the Kama Sutra Palace. Their morning Yoga classes on the beach followed by Kama Sutra workshops helped us connect on a whole new level. We cannot wait to visit again and explore the deeper workshops and massages. Every time we visit, the experience of Jamaica and Hedo becomes greater and deeper. We enjoyed it so much we already booked the same dates for 2025!

We love this place! The best part is the tennis pro GARFIELD! He played tennis with my fiancé every day of our vacation. He is amazing. Literally one of the deciding factors in returning to Hedo II was Garfield. Thank you for the tennis and pickleball fun!

It was our first time at the hotel, and we had a fantastic experience! The dining room and bar were both delightful, thanks to the outstanding staff. In particular, Paci Waysome and Tanya Reid went above and beyond. Paci provided us with quick and efficient service, always making sure we had plenty of juice, water, and coffee. He was charming, always sporting a bright smile and maintaining great posture while serving us. Tanya crafted excellent coffee at the espresso bar and was incredibly friendly. We will definitely return.

Non lifestyle person here. Cons: The mattress and pillow are terrible and I couldn’t sleep for 7 nights. My back was in so much pain that I had to see a doctor when I got home. Hedo buy new mattresses and pillows please. The mini fridge is not stocked. All inclusive always have drinks for you in your room. The rooms are dated in the prude side. Need to be redone. Pros: Everything else was great. Had a wonderful time. Entertainment was great, food was great, beach is great, pools are great, staff is great. Playroom is a wonderful experience you won’t want to miss. Overall: If you in the lifestyle it’s great place to hook up. If you’re not in the lifestyle, it’s a great place to have a very sexy time with your partner. If you are really picky about resorts and/or have been to other places that are newer you will be in shock of the rooms and resort. Remember your getting other things and experiences that you can’t get anywhere in the world!

6th time to visit. Yet another flawless vacay! We always book jacuzzi room and it’s always worth the extra money. Much respect for the staff who makes everything look easy. In our opinion, Hedo is much better than any of the cancun competing resorts. See you again soon!

This was our first trip to Hedonism, and it was our honeymoon. We loved it! We were welcomed with rum punch at the check-in desk, which revived us from the airport/ride to resort exhaustion. Check-in was quick and smooth. We were given a great overview of dining and activity times and a brief tour while being escorted to our room. Our room was nicer than we expected, no issues there whatsoever. Everything was clean and in working order. We settled in and immediately went in search of food because we couldn't hold out until dinner. We took a short walk to the Beach Grill and had beef patties, grilled cheese, and **** chicken. We spent the majority of our time by the pools (mainly prude, as it was a little quieter) making new friends and playing entertaining games with Ana-Kay (trivia as well as more active games in and out of the water). We chose the buffet for our main meals and weren't let down. I'm a big dessert lover, and I would've liked to have experienced a few less mass-produced desserts (tiny cups of pudding and cookies) and had something a little more exotic. The evening shows were fantastic! The dancers, male and female, worked HARD and were quite impressive. Audience participation added value; it's fun to laugh or applaud with a giant room of others like yourself. We chose to go out on the Catamaran (added cost, very reasonable) one morning and loved it! The crew was fantastic and the views amazing. I can't think of anything we didn't like except the uphill walk to the dining buffet! We love trying new things, but would definitely return here in a heartbeat!

Wonderful, committed staff at the Karma Sutra palace. Not at all seedy- they take their work very seriously and are committed to education. We felt safe and cared for and learned a lot! Karma Sutra palace is an elevated experience compared to the rest of the resort and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to deepen their intimacy and sensual experience.
