Great location. Love that there's an adult pool and a beautiful beach right across the street. The staff are all very kind and helpful especially Clive out front and Helen at the tour desk.

Pool wasnt available for use, expected a full Restaurant and Bar and it was more like cafe.
Most staff unfriendly except for cafe/bar area staff, they were Great!!! A/C unit was terrible as well as Toilet continually running,which I had to keep taking tank cover off and fixing. 2 bath towels in room for 3 people for 5 days. Very disappointed with this hotel,definitely not up to Marriott standards.

I paid a good amount of money for my stay and I felt at the very least CM could’ve had complimentary water in the rooms or breakfast.

My room was never cleaned over 3 night, despite multiple requests to change the bed linens. The staff was unfriendly particularly behind the front desk and restaurant. Only one pool was open. The restaurant service was horrifically slow. The elevators were so old and rusty. The location was good with its proximity to Junkanoo beach.

A good place to stay for a layover or overnight wait for a flight. The stay is excellent. The rooms are a little scrappy but it was quiet and reasonably clean. The safe was I operative and not bolted down. There were no security locks on the door.. it’s a bit of a walk to any restaurants. But overall not a bad experience.
