WiFi is garbage, you can’t connect anywhere so let your family know you will be lost soon as you get to the resort

the experience was not really good, the food was so so, not good not bad , the costumer was bad i called 3 times the first night to asked them to put the heat up for me i was really cold they said they will sent someone to fixed it they never showed up bref !! until i went myself downstairs to go get a blanket i was so mad . The only thing that i really enjoyed it’s the kindness from the dining room attendant.

Hôtel très bien situé sur la plage accès direct. 3 belles piscines . Personnel très accueillant. Chambre grande et spacieuse. J’y retournerai !!!

很一般，但屬於除了吵死的baha mar和Atlantic之外拿騷最好的地方了，私人海灘和隔壁baha mar連着的，就是裏面海草，玻璃瓶和海膽很多，建議穿拖鞋游泳。下午活動挺不錯，挺有氛圍，黑哥唱歌跳舞和觀眾互動，晚上老古董樂隊給老古董演奏，這家餐廳晚上12-凌晨2還有夜宵時間，這很好，就是伙食還是美國作風。***需要額外繳一個人100刀的費用，未來可能漲價到150，訣竅就是走隔壁baha mar的海灘進酒店（很浪費時間）。酒水食品白天泳池附近都有，免費拿，就是人多要等一會兒。水裡有排球網，沙灘有排球網，還有網球場，問題是4張桌球桌都不平的，2張乒乓桌蝴蝶最便宜的，牌子是沒橡膠的5毛塑料拍（建議自帶）。房間比warwick和margaritavill小，但是浴室有個石凳，而且龍頭簡單易懂。麪基比那兩個都大，所以要個20分鐘搞明白路，設計的早60年代的，90年代再轉手的。晚上可以去隔壁周大福的bahamar**玩玩，雖然對我們大陸人來説沒啥花頭，不如打麻將，打乒乓。最近還在改飯點，以前5點的，現在6.30了。。總的來説，海灘可以探險，就是室內不如warwick，而且大堂2樓一整層活動區域沒空調，衹有電風扇，很復古，我不耐熱，打個桌球出了一身汗。反正巴哈馬就是不太行，美國人的後花園主要是因為巴哈馬離美國近。

Pro- location, although it is $30 can fare from the airport
Beach is beautiful
AC worked a little too well (piano bar is the coldest room in the entire resort).
Staff is super friendly (except the buffet workers, not happy and never smiling)
Con - WiFi is not good at all
- rooms are first come first served, regardless of what you book - had to hope someone checked out of the king room for us to move into (had to keep checking back at the desk every 30 mins). First room was terrible! Door next to the room creaked eerily like you were in a horror movie!
No vents in the restrooms
TV did not work at all (sound no picture)
Old school spring beds that had a lot of springs sprung - not comfortable!
This place definitely needs a major facelift
Food is edible, but not good
Extra restaurants- Italian restaurant, if food was terrible!

I had to visit Bahamas for a couple days for a friend's wedding and the hotel served the purpose of what it was intended for - a clean and safe environment. Staff were nice. The hotel was more geared towards families.
