Very friendly when checking in and out. We had a family room, and the bathroom wouldn't shut. Other than the minor repair it was a good visit.

Didn't stay due to meeting being cancelled due to icy weather conditions. I did not receive a refund even though I notified them 2 days in advance

The room was clean inside. The service of the breakfast place was very neat, clean and the people was very gentle. The only think I observed was the windows, they were dirty
I usually stay in this hotel, because is very close to the Nashville Airport.

Price was fair for the area. Hotel seems to be older and is due for an upgrade. Housekeepers do a poor job cleaning room. We found stains on our bed, walls and flooring. A/C and Heat unit is loud and wouldn't turn off. Beds are old and worn heavy. I would look at other hotels in the area before booking here.

Reasonable price close to Nashville Centre. Comfortable rooms. Bathroom needs attention toilet not fastened to floor and tap handle for sink came off.

I booked on ******* and selected pay at hotel. They called me the morning of my trip and said that in order to stay there I needed to pay before I came. Even though the reservation was for me to pay at the hotel. When I told him that we would pay when we got there, he said if you want to stay at this hotel
You need to pay now, from there I was just disgusted in how he was talking to me and told him to just cancel it and I would find somewhere else. He said good and hung up! So I don’t know about the hotel per se, but the worker there was rude as hell and not welcoming at all!

Coffee maker on room not cleaned and had coffee in it. Empty yougert cup under chair in room. Noticed maid in the hall on phone. I happened to be in room when they were cleaning and heard the vaccum once for less than 5 minutes on the floor i was staying. Brealfast had eggs they called sunnyside up, but they were strange looking solid eggs with solid yoke.

Very clean. Little out of the way from I 65 but the price was good. Very nice room with great breakfast. They actually had china dishes and real silverware so it was like eating in a restaurant. Great price. Friendly staff. Recommend
