Club Mahindra Hatgad

The pool is for kids only, adults can't enjoy the pool. Food is over priced and the quantity is not much for alacart. No in hous laundry. No laundry bags provided. Wi-Fi is not fast and the only service provider is BSNL and Jio. Nothing much to look around.

Overall it wasn’t that bad , expect for the bad Gastro infection which happened to 3 out of 6 of us, coupled with the insensitive attitude of club Mahindra, when the same was highlighted to them on email and their internal feedback. We had all our meals at the resort in buffet .Had to spend over 5000 for my family members treatment from Hinduja hospital for which papers I am attaching . Club Mahindra having developed a leadership position in the time share industry has become puffed up with false pride and insensitivity, towards its loyal customers which may eventually be the reason of its downward slide. Our holiday in Saputara was from end Feb to early March 24 and I highlighted this issue in the resort for which a doctor was sent but later after check out , they did not even care to get back on the issue of reaching its logistic end. Even the checkout was unpleasant having to wait for above an hour and half just for bag pick up from room till car which further aggravated the ill health of my relatives. Worst is that, even after a passage of over 3 weeks, they don’t have the courtesy to apologise for the incident or atleast let us know what did they do about my complain . I would swear by club Mahindra till now but alas not anymore with the current insensitivity displayed in the I don’t care attitude by them. Please be careful of having meals at the resort

Great Team ... Mr Mahipal really was a great help.... He gave us the best room . Saubojit was also great help . Rest it was great stay good staff overall . The entertainment was also great with gala dinner . Hoping to visit during rains ...house keeping staff also very efficient.

This was our first holiday in 2024, after a 6 hour long drive from Mumbai, the check in was quick, room that was allotted is spacious and good (of-course its is a very small as compared to other CMRL properties) . Parking: They hardly have any parking space, the vehicles are parked on the slope from gate to the reception point. Later we found there is an open plot infront of the main gate outside ***** the highway, (I wouldn't be parking my car there) Food: was delicious, however as usual very expensive. Activities: The Hatgad trek which we took was a good experience, in the evening tried to test my old cricketing skills, I was simply told that it is chargeable.. CMRL must be kidding. Looks like they wan to earn every single penny from guests for running the properties. We had a very good presence in Tungi Lonavala and here it is chargeable.. Come on CM-Hatgad wake up. Staff: Regular Hospitality and guest engagement is missing, Entire staff seems to be working mechanically, needs proper training in this aspect. The regular CMRL essence is completely missing.

Quite surprised to get such a treatment in any resort of 4/5 star level, that too Club Mahindra hotels. Serviceability and hospitality, the prime traits of Hospitality industry were missing here greatly. Especially when the experience ends with it, leave a bad after taste. Mr. Bharat Singh and Mr. Amit Kumar needs special lessons in communication, politeness and customer support. Treating any guest on a query - leaving the fact that the guest can be a Purple member - like an indigent is something I couldn’t digest. Stay - Was comfortable, but again housekeeping wasn’t prompt, and diligent in their room service. Food - Not a Club Mahindra level quality. Activities - Good

Service here is Excellent and the place is very calm. It is near Saputra which is hardly 6 km from the resort. Really appreciate the quick service provided by house keeping staff of Dinesh and Tang. Thanks a lot for memorable vacation.
