The hotel suite doesn’t look like the photos. When we entered the suite it was super cold and smelled bad. The atmosphere was cold. Then we found out that the wc flush was not working and the toilet was dirty with brown spots. I don’t recommend this accommodation. Better look for something else.

This company Qualys ran a totally fraudulent transaction on my bank card for $500+ and I can't get it back. They have ignored all of my emails. Do not give them your card details. You have been warned.

Bd neighbourhood. Smelling pot into the room. No AC. Bad bed

The time I checked in to the first room, the switch in the room doesn’t work, there is only light in the bathroom. Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. The front desk lady said the sewer was backed up in that room, and she apologized so she gave me another room. This room in the beginning was alright; however, when I took a shower, the drain was clogged up and had a difficult time to drain. Also, the people in the room next to me was smoking. I complained about the shower drain, and the front desk man gave me a room with a broken shower head that was leaking all over. He was very rude when I told him about the shower head being leaking and he said that this is a 2 stars hotel. I said on Orbitz it says 3 stars. No matter what star the hotel is, his unprofessional and unapologetic altitude made the whole experience in France disheartening. I cannot believe he said to me that it’s not his responsibility and that I should put up with it. His action and demure are inexcusable since he should understand that customers complaints that are valid should be taken with care and consideration. He said he is very busy and that he has no time for me, I cannot fathom such rude behavior coming from the employee of the hotel. The front desk ladies I encountered were nice and professional, but it didn’t make it any better. Loud noise from outside til late hours, smoking smell. I give this hotel a negative star.

Bien dormi malgré l'isolation faible des fenêtres... Réceptionniste très sympathique et investi. En ce qui concerne la chambre, elle était spacieuse et bien équipée. Le lit était très confortable avec une vue panoramique sur le centre-ville.

Hôtel très bien placé à 2 pas de la gare. Chambre de taille moyenne. Literie correct. Le Wifi fonctionne très bien. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très aimable et serviable. L'ascenseur fait style très ancien. Hôtel à conseiller pour un week-end.

Personnel au petit soin et très gentil. En revanche l’hôtel mériterait un bon coup de rénovation et l’ascenseur aussi ! Il fait un bruit d’enfer pas cool quand on a la chambre juste devant.

Séjour professionnel Choix de cet hôtel par défaut car complet partout. Ma chambre n’avait pas de déco , l’impression d’être dans une cellule , panneau de douche non étanche Pas de savon dans la douche ( heureusement que que j’avais pensais à en prendre ) Le matin , pas de lumière dans la chambre .. Petit déjeuner plus que médiocre Bref .. n’y allez pas
