This review is more of a customer service complaint. My husband had a medical emergency and had to go to the hospital on Monday and our reservation was for Friday. It was abundantly clear we were not able to go, so contacted the hotel. I did not remember there was a week notice required for cancellation. When I explained the situation and asked if we could rebook I was met with an emphatic "no". This is a holiday weekend for both Japanese and Americans so I am reasonably certain they could have booked someone else with 5 days notice. I felt that they were cold and heartless and too rigid in enforcing this policy and unreasonable. Beware if you book here.

This was my first time to Okinawa, Japan, and I was really impressed with my accommodations. The lovely people taken care of the place and communicating with me were very sweet and gracious. The great facility is also located on the wonderful island where there’s plenty to do and I walked every day and looked at the shops and swim every day in the ocean as well. I’ve visited over 20 countries and spent time in Hawaii twice as well. This by far has been the most relaxing of any vacation I’ve ever had. The kitchen as well equipped. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. The on-site workers do not speak English so I would just communicate in an email through ******* conversations and they would respond within minutes, even after hours. I was very impressed.

着いてすぐWi-Fi接続できず、電話で問い合わせるとすぐ、来てくれて対応して頂きました。
夜 洗濯物を乾燥機に入れるとすぐ終了ブザーがなる為又電話で問い合わせ、見てもらうと故障。。
隣の建物の乾燥機を使わせていただきました。
