The room was spotless, roomy, and exquisitely furnished. The amenities offered were excellent, and the bed was very comfy. The small details, like the complimentary bottled water and the opulent toiletries, were really appreciated. I would definitely love to pay the Hotel another visit in the future.

I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights on 07 March 2024. The room were very clean I even left a tip for the room cleaner for the first time in my life. Really, Everything was lovely, breakfast, food on rooftop restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definately I will be coming back.
Happy customer, Kate😃
Me and my husband had gone to visit Nairobi and choose to stay in this Hotel, the apartment booked was 1 bedroom suite but they upgrade us to 2 Bedroom which neither we asked nor the informed us, it was only after we entered the room we came to know about it We were given 25th floor, the rooms from higher floors have great view of the city and the park, the rooms are really well built and very well furnished and the kitchen and its equipments are really well stocked, apart from that nothing else to expect We had a very bad experience in the Hotel, on Saturday Night / late evening around 8 - 8.30 my husband met with a small accident while closing the sliding doors of the balcony, his fingers were bleeding and I called the Reception and told them about the incident and asked them to send ice immediately but after 15 minutes they called back and said that ICE if they provide to room will be charged room service charge which is KES 1,500 ($11.90) !!!! Can you believe it???? Had it been an major incident what would have happened, my husband went to the reception had to raise his voice even met some senior Manager but the incident left a very bad experience, i wanted to checkout as anything could have happened and due to Hotel's negligence it could have could be fatal The following day at 8.55am we asked for creamer till 9.35am when we left the room it wasn't delivered People coming for long stays it very ideal but for people coming with families or small kids or old people it's not recommended The entry to the room is very confusing and a long walk, you enter reception wing take a lift to L floor which is basically 6th floor, later cross over to another wing and take the lift past the kitchen door which can be a bit difficult Also when you crossover to another wing there is no provision of umbrellas, if it's raining it's your problem, in many hotels they provide Umbrellas to go from one end to another if it rains

Booked 3 club rooms for 3 separate nights during a multi-stop tour through Kenya. The Stanley and the 1902 lounge were one of the highlights of our trip and we would definitely stay here again and specifically book the club rooms. First of all, the staff were incredible - Emilie, Collins, Benson (1902 lounge butlers), Steve (concierge) and Susan (management) deserve special recognition. They all went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. The 1902 lounge is well worth the upgrade. Soft drinks and snacks during the day, and an incredible happy hour daily from 6-8 with hard drinks and hors d'oeuvres. And if your flight is later the day of checkout, you can use the lounge throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried all 3 restaurants during our stay - The Thorn Tree cafe provides an excellent breakfast and is good for lunch. Both the Thai Chi and Pool Deck restaurants were excellent dinner choices. If you are heading on Safari or to Mombasa you can leave the luggage you don't need with the concierge, taking only the things you need for that part of the trip. This makes traveling so much easier. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. As we returned to the Stanley from one of the legs of our trip, we all remarked that it felt like we were ”coming home”. Would highly recommend.
On the day I arrived - they seemed to have been facing electrical problems for past week. So lifts, doors, and electricity in rooms were not working properly. It appeared to have been resolved on the day I left.
I booked because of closeness to airport and train station. They offer complimentary pick up and drop off. They were very nice to offer a late checkout until I left for the airport.
Has a big gym, a nice pool and pretty good breakfast. Be aware that there is literally nothing around the hotel - so you can’t really go for a walk or just go grab something to eat.
Hotel is located in a very nice calm surrounding with a lot of green forested landscape. But the hotel is not providing a 5 star experience. Hotel security at entrance is a total mishap, and who knows why such a painful experience was even created. I understand the importance of safety, but my goodness this is excessive! It’s almost like you at entering a military facility. A main wall looking entrance opening, followed by a comprehensive security check. You have to get out of your car on slippery-slope, walk up a ramp in zig zag, through a metal detector, scan your bags, while the car then proceeds and waits for you when you are done. The driver does not have to go through this procedure, as the driver is considered harmless I guess ? Then another gate opens up! It’s laughable and doesn’t feel like a hotel experience at all which should be your first impression! Another very challenging situation is to actually get around the hotel. You have to guess where you are going as the Signages are either lacking or placed in wrong locations. They are color coded somehow which makes it even more difficult to comprehend with over cluttering. While the room is pleasant, there were amenities not checked prior to check in. The coffee machine wasn’t working, no laundry bag in the room, missing iron and iron board , and when asked they had run-out! Breakfast was fresh, tastes good but takes very long time to be served. A simple egg dish takes over 30min. Your coffee 10min. Pool was cold which is unfortunate and only the brave would take a dip. Finding the gym is an exercise in itself, no gym sign, I guess the idea is warm up by spending time figuring it out! Overall a disappointment.
The hotel was lovely, great atmosphere , friendly staff that is always willing to assist. We had a really great time. The aesthetics of the place👌🏽 everything about the hotel was absolutely amazing. They have nice facilities around the hotel and they assist with transportation to all the places you want to visit
MMssyKayThis is the best hotel I’ve ever. I could go on and on who it how great it is. The room came with a huge sitting area and had the skyline of Nairobi at night. It had a washing machine , iron, two TVs (one in room and one in lounge room), a full kitchen with dish washer , microwave , coffee maker, stove , oven , refrigerator, cutlery, bar table counter and chairs. The room had the most comfortable bed ever. I slept like a baby.
The hotel also had a heater outdoor pool unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it as it was a work trip and I was busy.
The restaurant had the most delicious buffets and the staff are great. Customer service was excellent.
ผผู้เข้าพักFront desk service is good, room is dated, just good for a one night transfer stay. Boma inn is a cheaper version of the Boma hotel, you got what you pay for, so no complaints. You can use the facilities in Boma hotel. Tembo restaurant is good too.
Had a really enjoyable stay in this hotel. I arrived at night and arranged a transfer from the airport which all went well they have a concierge at airport to assist. Check in was swift given the time i arrive was much appreciated. Room was large and comfortable, with tea/coffee and plenty of water. Breakfast was very good - buffet style plenty of choice and very tasty. I had dinner there once and it was good too. Nice view of the city from the top floor. Really cant rate this place highly enough - did not want to leave!
