หวังว่าคนจะไม่เลือกโรงแรมนี้นะ ที่นี่ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต ไม่มีอาหาร ไม่มีน้ำในห้อง ไม่มีแชมพูหรือสบู่ และอีกหลายอย่างที่ฉันไม่อยากพูดถึง

แย่จัง ไม่มีอะไรสะอาดขึ้นทุกวันเลย ฉันจองที่นี่โดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ เพราะการเข้าพักครั้งสุดท้ายเป็นครั้งสุดท้ายที่ฉันอยากมา ไม่เป็นมืออาชีพเอาซะเลย

ถ้าให้เลือกศูนย์คะแนน ผมคงเลือก 0 โดยไม่ลังเลเลย ห้องแรกที่ผมเข้าไปทำให้รู้สึกไม่สบายคอ พอเงยหน้าขึ้นก็เห็นราขึ้นเต็มไปหมด... ผมรีบวิ่งไปที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับเพื่อขอดูรูป พนักงานดู "ประหลาดใจ" มาก จากนั้นผมก็ถูกย้ายไปอีกห้องหนึ่ง ซึ่งดูเหมือนฉากอาชญากรรม ที่นอนถูกพับเก็บ... ผมกลัวมากจนรีบวิ่งกลับไปที่เคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับ แล้วก็ถูกย้ายไปอีกห้องหนึ่ง แต่รีโมทแอร์เสีย... ห้องพักสกปรกมาก... ผมติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของ Ctrip แต่พวกเขาก็ยังเปลี่ยนห้องให้ผมไม่ได้เพราะ "เต็ม" หลีกเลี่ยงโรงแรมนี้เด็ดขาด! อย่าพักที่นี่! อย่าพักที่นี่! อย่าพักที่นี่! หวังว่า Ctrip จะลบโรงแรมนี้ออกจากรายชื่อโดยเร็วที่สุด เพื่อประโยชน์ของสมาชิก

ฉันจะไม่กลับมาพักที่นี่อีกเลย ประสบการณ์แย่มากตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับไปจนถึงความสะอาดของห้องพัก ตอนเช็คอิน เราเจอผู้จัดการเวร Manshika Pratap ผู้จัดการไม่เป็นมิตรและไม่ต้อนรับเลย เราจึงคาดหวังให้พนักงานต้อนรับคนอื่นเป็นมิตรได้ขนาดนี้เลยเหรอ? ชอบพนักงานทำความสะอาดมาก เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี สภาพห้องพักแย่มาก คงจะให้คะแนนแค่ 1 ดาว แม้แต่โมเต็ลบางแห่งก็ดีกว่า เราต้องตรวจสอบห้องพัก 3 ห้องเพื่อให้ได้ห้องที่ดีที่สุด ถ้าไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ ฉันก็จะเปลี่ยนห้อง พูดตามตรง ฉันไม่แนะนำที่นี่เลย จริงๆ แล้วควรไปพักที่ Mecure และ Capricorn ที่อยู่ติดกันมากกว่า แต่อย่าไปพักที่ Hexagon

🌿🦟 This hotel is only suitable if you really love nature! And I mean literally! 🌳🐦 You’ll be sleeping and sharing the room with many bugs and insects, including little cockroaches 🪳 and flies 🪰. So be prepared to wake up with plenty of bites on your skin! 😬🦟 As well, around the premises, there are many birds 🐦🎶 performing their natural sounds in the trees around the hotel. Unfortunately, this is not the hotel’s fault, but it does contribute to rather difficult nights for sleeping. 😴🌙 The rooms are quite basic. 🛏️ Although the bed is comfortable, the furniture is dated, and the tea and coffee provided are not very good quality. ☕️ However, the most astonishing thing about this hotel is that there is no Wi-Fi at all! 📵❌ In fact, they used to have Wi-Fi before COVID, but this has since been removed. What hotel nowadays does not offer inclusive Wi-Fi? 🤔🌐 In our connected world, this is a must-have! 📱💻 It’s also very disappointing that they don’t even share the reception’s Wi-Fi, which would clearly be possible. I had to practically beg for it before they finally offered it as an option. 😩🙏📶 As there is no luggage 💺 🧳 😕 storage! The one thing that is truly outstanding is the staff. 👏😊 They are very friendly, hardworking, easygoing, and always provide service with a smile. 😃❤️ So, compliments to the staff! 👏🌟 But as for the actual hotel, I would say it’s only suitable for one night. 🛌🌙 If you stay for longer than that, you’ll probably be quite disappointed. 😕

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hexagon International Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the grounds. Facilities were solid — the pool area was well kept and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, quick to answer questions and sort out any small requests. Breakfast had a good variety and was included, which was a nice touch. Great value for the location, and an easy walk to nearby restaurants and shops. Would happily stay here again.

Check in was after 3pm, check out 10:30 , and you have to get the towel from the reception. Too many rules  plastered in the room as if you are going to rob them. A deposit of FJD50 in cash is required (no drinks in the room whatsoever, just instant coffee). I asked if I can check out before 12nn but was allowed only up to 11am. When I went back to get my luggage, the lady told me that I was supposed to have checked out already, without even asking if I already did. Only the cleaning staff were helpful. Would not recommend.

Location was great. Supermarket next door and food nearby was walkable. Rooms were clean and ok. Air con was fantastic. Hot water took a while to heat up. The fridge wasn’t turned on so I couldn’t put my drinks in there as I didn’t know how long it would take for the fridge to be cool properly. Would’ve been nice if there was an extra blanket for sleeping at night as it was only a bed sheet.

Room floor had stains everywhere. Airconditioning wasn't working properly, it would turn off in 10 to 15 minutes of turning on, there was no security lock on the door, no shower screen or curtain led to water getting outside shower area. Guests have to sign for towel and make a cash deposit deposit for security, implying distrust towards clients.
