The Serai Kabini

Our stay at the Serai was exceptional, with cozy rooms, breathtaking views, delectable cuisine, and a dedicated staff that ensured a truly memorable experience. We plan to revisit soon and highly recommend it for families with kids due to its scenic surroundings, child-friendly atmosphere, and a plethora of activities. Special thanks to individuals who levelled up our stay: - Dhilan at the reception: He not only explained the resort intricacies but also suggested perfect spots for capturing a sunset picture. One must spend time a good time to get to know his experiences. - Mr. Chamraja, the naturalist: Guiding us during the safari, Mr. Chamraja expertly located animals and shared insights about their habitats. We were fortunate to spot the tiger. Mr. Chamraja also explained its habitat and their movements. Fortunate to have him during our safari tour. - Winston, Restaurant Manager: Mr. Winston's excellent food recommendations and creative bar creations added to our enjoyment. He is so cheerful and friendly person. - Prabhakar and Santosh at the restaurant: Their spot-on recommendations and warm smiles made our dining experience memorable. - Sunil & Manoj at Housekeeping: Their attentive and humble service contributed to a warm and comfortable stay. - Chef Nitin and the culinary team: A special thanks to Chef Nitin for teaching my daughter to bake chocolates. The entire culinary team consistently served top-class meals and embraced feedback to customise the food for us. Although there are many more names we could mention, every individual at the resort played a crucial role in making our stay truly unforgettable. We look forward to returning soon.

The location is great the staff are very efficient and courteous. The pool is good . Food is very tasty and great option the dosas are the best the Safaris were managed really well. The room that we stayed in was a bit cramped specially thank Mr Lakshman from house keeping supervisor and very helpfull make over stay comfortable. Thank you everyone vigit agen ❤️

Good resort with great hospitality. We travelled with kids and they made our stay very comfortable. Special mention to Shetty, he was very polite and was always keen to fulfill our request. He suggested champaran meat which turned out delicious, must try!!

It’s a beautiful stay with an amazing river view. The staff is very friendly and helpful, specially Lakshman and Anil helped make our experience much more better. Lakshman made us special arrangements and made our evening more special. Will recommend for sure. The only draw back is that the in house restaurant is very expensive and the nearest restaurant option is at least 45min drive away

My two-day stay at this tranquil haven was an unforgettable experience, filled with refreshing activities and impeccable service. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of Serai's hospitality enveloped us. The staff, led by individuals like Ramesh Shetty and Shekar, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, their courteous demeanor accompanied by genuine smiles adding an extra layer of warmth to our stay. The array of activities available catered to every preference, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Venturing into the wilderness on a jungle safari and leisurely strolling through nature walks allowed us to immerse ourselves in the natural beauty surrounding the resort. The serene paddle boat rides and exhilarating coracle rides provided unique perspectives of the landscape, while engaging in games like foosball, archery, and basketball added a playful element to our days. The cherry on top of our relaxation was the indulgent spa sessions, where skilled therapists worked their magic, melting away any traces of stress or tension, leaving us feeling utterly refreshed and rejuvenated. One highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the breakfast spread, a delightful assortment of culinary delights that catered to every palate. However, the South Indian vegetarian options for lunch and dinner could benefit from a broader selection to cater to diverse tastes. Nevertheless, Serai Resort exceeded expectations in every other aspect, from its picturesque setting to its attentive staff and engaging activities. It's a haven where one can truly unwind and reconnect with nature, making it a destination I would eagerly return to.

Serai kabini is a good resort. Rooms are neat and spacious. Staff is courteous and makes your stay comfortable. Mr Mahesh at reception takes good care. For safari Mr Chamaraj and Mr Shekhar look after all the bookings well. They accompany guests for safari and provide good info as they are very knowledgeable. They make all the efforts for good sighting. Restaurant staff led by Samarjit take good care of food. Service is good. They have reasonable options for everyone including kids. All the restaurant staff is prompt and try their best. They have plenty of activities for adults and kids- archery, carrom, basketball, cycling, boating, spa etc. They had organised a baking session for kids by chef Vivek which was fun. We had an excellent stay and would recommend Serai kabini.

This is a great place to relax and be midst of nature. Special shout out to Mr lakshmanan from hoise keeping apart from the lovely naturalist team who encourage us to learn more. This was our second stay at The Serai, Kabini, and our experience couldn't have been any better. The rooms we chose were amazing, and the property is very well maintained. The support and service staff was always around to help, and were prompt in addressing our requests and requirements. All the meals that we had at the restaurant, Wildgrass, were great, and our kids also had a wonderful time attending a chocolate making workshop there during our stay. Service by Mr. Ramesh Shetty was great and the Executive Chef, Mr. Ramakant, checked in on us during every meal to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. All the servers at the restaurant were awesome. Thank you for making this holiday memorable for our family. We really appreciate the attentive service and hospitality.

I had the pleasure of staying The Serai Kabini, twice - Oct 2021 & May 2024. Both the stays were very memorable & comfortable. The staff ranging from the Manager: Mahesh, to the Restaurant Managers: Prabhakar, Ramesh and the activities leaders like Krishna are very courteous & dependable. And, With a Naturalist like Chama, who know the forest - You have the best advice and guidance on spotting wildlife.
