Hotel Chandra Palace. ★★
Rio Meridian Hotel ★★★★
Ginger Mysore ★★★
Grand Mercure Mysore ★★★★★
"A Horrendous Experience at Grand Mercure Mysore Our stay at Grand Mercure Mysore was a complete letdown from start to finish. The issues began at check-in with major communication gaps and incompetent room allocation. Despite booking 2 rooms with elderly and kids, we were offered rooms on separate floors, forcing us to wait hours while the staff fumbled for a solution. Luggage handling was equally chaotic—our bags remained unattended, and we had to retrieve our car keys ourselves just to get them delivered. The management showed no willingness to help, refused to process a refund for a downgraded room, and remained dismissive throughout. Service at breakfast was shockingly poor—a 20-minute wait for an omelette speaks volumes about their carelessness and inefficiency. This was a stay marred by inexperienced staff, disorganized processes, and management’s refusal to take accountability. For a hotel of this stature, such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality."
Hotel Roopa ★★★
Southern Star,Mysore ★★★★

The Serai Kabini
"We very initially very sceptical after seeing so many negative reviews on trip advisor, but we genuinely had such a wonderful experience at serai kabini. The ambience, rooms, maintenance, bathrooms, staff, food, service every thing was excellent. I would especially like to mention Mr. Sekhar, Mr. Mahesh and Mr. Ramkanth Singh. They specifically took great care and personally ensured every little thing was perfect. Overall, amazing place and great experience! Just a small suggestion: It would have been nice if there was high tea, as most people come back by 6 from safaris and other activities a little tired."
"The photos look beautiful, and the actual color scheme is also nice, but the facilities are actually a bit old. The sofa is stained, and the pillowcases are pilling. Cleanliness is good, but the room has a slight odor. Also, the noise from the chairs moving in the top-floor restaurant was quite disturbing for me, living on the third floor. I couldn't get any quiet in the mornings. The cleaning staff was also very loud talking in the hallway, and the front desk staff's service could be improved."

Royal Orchid Metropole Mysore
"It is a great place to stay. My daughter had fever, the staff was extremely cooperative. They helped us with baby friendly food at very odd times in the night and early morning. We were here for our daughter's birthday. They are providing us with complementary cake for the birthday celebration. The property is maintained very well and in a hygienic way. Sneha, who is a story teller from the staff, narrated the entire history of the property and any doubts we had about the history of Mysuru as well. It has been a very pleasant experience so far."
