The whole check process was very smooth, the staff very cordial and the room and facilities were pretty good value for money

It wasn’t what I expected. When I returned at around 10:00 p.m. the lobby was full of teenagers eating dry cereal out of paper bowls and numerous teenagers standing outside being loud. Our room was clean but, there were numerous marks on the walls and the plaster around the window was peeling. There was pounding coming from the next door wall all night. The vanity in the bathroom swayed back and forth. I will not stay here again.

Air/heat did not work, shower valve did not divert enough water for shower, tv changer did not work well.

I had a long out of state stay for work and staff made me feel at home. Trish, Jay, Andre, and Cheryl were too kind and genuinely accommodating - you can't can't ask for more.

The gym equipment is one of the worst I have seen. It is old and does not work properly. For a hotel that is really excellent in most areas, it is too bad & too sad that it appears they do not care about health concerns.
