THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU BY ASKING YOU TO PAY MONEY FOR ALREADY BROKEN TAPS. THE RECEPTION PERSON ASKED ME TO WRITE THE REVIEW, AS HE SAID - HE DOES NOT CARE. DO NOT GO TO THE PROPERTY. We booked the property for 4 days, and on reaching the place around 9pm, we entered the room and found out that the wash-basin tap is not working. We called the housekeeper and a person Simon came to check and said that the tap is not working and the maintenance person will come and fix it. That person came after our dinner at 10pm, and said that the tap is broken and they do not have a spare tap, and we had to ***age for the night with leaking water. During checkout, we saw that the person in the reception added a bill for the tap, and on enquiring they said - "Sir you broke the tap", when I asked - "How did you confirm I broke the tap, when your maintenance person already said it was broken?", he had no reply. I somehow ***aged to not pay the incorrect amount. When I told the person in the reception, I will put this in the review. He said - "Go ahead and put this, we don't care". The audacity of the person to run a SCAM and say that he does not care.
