Great place to stay in Munnar which is at par with ***y International Hotel chains. The staff are courteous and hospitable . The food choice is limited but by far one of the best In Munnar. This place also has a Bar attached. In house facilities like room service, Laundry is quick and efficient. The Breakfast has a variety of mostly Vegetarian options which are something to look forward to start your day. Location is ideal, just away from the hustle & bustle of down town. The Views from some rooms are beautiful to wakup to in the morning. Ask for the Mountain View in front. Overall very happy with my 1 week stay at Issac’s Residency.

Enjoyed the stay very much! Highly recommended to all visiting Munnar! Beautiful view and excellent hospitality! Staff were very helpful and gave us suggestions on places to visit! Breakfast buffet could be improved a little more but whatever was there was good! Will definitely go back again!

We came in for lunch on our way through Munnar at the recommendation of our guide. Not only do they serve beer etc, but fabulous food and a great choice. A lot of less spicy options for western taste, I absolutely loved the prawn tempura. Lunch for 3 with beer just over £20!

This place has cosy, clean & spacious rooms and wonderful friendly staff (especially the waiter "JP"). The food is fantastic and reasonably priced too. As per the title, a family came in for dinner & sat close to us & we overheard them saying it was because this is the only place that sells beer in Munnar! It's also really close to town.

The only place in Munnar to have a chilled beer and single malt whisky. The rooms are not much luxurious. Still felt like The best place we stayed in south India, during our 1 month india trip, We were able breath fresh oxygen and calm atmosphere. It was our honour to get special treatment from the Hotel ***ager Mr. Ritwij from Calicut ***** with server Ganesh. Mr. Ritwij was were friendly with us and with our 3 years old kid. He always welcomed us at Restaurant with a charming smile. I recommend this place to all those feel like enjoying drinkings, and talk with friendly people in exchange for your valuable time.

Worst stay experience ever. Thick layer of dust in the room as if it is not clean since ages.bed sheets were stained. Washroom was not cleaned. Found hair in the washroom . Receptionist was rude although the Dow line staff was polite and helpful. Ownership should take some action against this.

Not a really ideal placw to stay. The staff there is pathetic. Rude. And non co operating. They dont listen to your request untill you call them up twice. Was with my child of 4 yrs and got a really bad service. The location is near the market which is the reason i booked it. But dont fall for the trap. The staff is badd.... Really bad

Location at city centre but far away from important points in Munnar. Hotel/ room very neat and clean. Food at Three Rivers restaurant very average. Staff very slow to operate. Pre-booking dinner in package is a loss as they have mixed menu. Restaurant ***ager very rude. Except on cleanliness, no advantage of this hotel. Prices are also high.

We had a non refundable booking at Isaacs Residency hotel, but we couldn’t arrive to Munnar for the weather condition. The hotel let us cancel the reservation without making any charge. We’re very grateful for the attention! I hope we could return to Munnar soon!
