Hotel Demas City

ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ (มีแค่พัดลม) มันร้อนมาก ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นไม่มีตู้เย็นขนาดเล็กในห้อง ดังนั้นนอกจากจะร้อนแล้วคุณยังกระหายน้ำอีกด้วย เราใช้เวลา 2 คืน และในระหว่างนั้นห้องไม่ได้รับการทำความสะอาด

酒店距離火車站不是很近，走過去大約10至15分鐘。這裏晚上的街道街燈很少，第一次來的女性朋友要小心！感覺很危險的。這裏就是很普通的，沒有什麼特別要說，同價錢算是正比例。

Cheap and good location.10-15min walk to hauptbahnhof and Marienplatz.clean but without air-con(we don't need coz it's winter)

Lovely hotel in a great location. We had a ‘city view” room which seemed better equipped and larger than the standard rooms our travelling companions had. We had tea and coffee facilities whereas they didn’t. WiFi isn’t too good and there are no English TV channels available. Housekeeping wasn’t every day and we had to ask for more coffee pods and water for our room

10 min to the train station and the U bahn. Easy to walk to the Marienplatz, about 20 min. Breakfast was great with multiple selections, hot and cold

We stayed in December. The room was very cold for us. (We are from Canada) Breakfast was included and must better than the breakfast included in North American hotels.

This property was terrible at all fronts. In terms of cleanliness, the rooms were not cleaned. They put soiled linen back on the beds/bathroom and there is significant reason to believe that linen were not laundered between guests. Housekeeping were inept and intrusive. They put soiled cleaning products in/on our luggage and belongings. We were given different stories by staff. We were advised that there is a $10 fee for new linen. This was after multiple discussions around the same. While completely unheard of, when we agreed, they refused. Staff were rude, threatening, and abusive. There were multiple episodes of verbal threats by a few staff. Attempts to escalate were unhelpful. Also, speaking to both the property and location, staff and their friends were in front of the property making rude and inappropriate comments and gestures to female guests. They declined a room change. Ultimately, we checked-out earlier than expected and paid for. They refused to provide verification of a check-out and outright refused to cancel the remaining days and refund for those days. Needless to say, this is a terrible facility and I would encourage all to avoid this property.

Good location, near city center, many restaurants and shopping points in the district. You have to ask for a kettle at reception, leaving 10EUR for deposit and you will get it back upon return. Price is reasonable so we couldn't expect too much. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel.

We were able to store our bags while we went out in the city after we checked out.
