Hotel am Moosfeld

ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้หนึ่งคืนกับลูกชายของฉัน ตัวโรงแรมเองนั้นดีมาก มีลิฟท์ 3 ตัว ร้านอาหาร ห้องรับประทานอาหารเช้าขนาดใหญ่ ฟิตเนส และสระว่ายน้ำ เราสนุกกับการเยี่ยมชมสระว่ายน้ำและใช้เวลาหนึ่งชั่วโมง พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับ ในห้องอาหารเช้าและในร้านอาหารมีความเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย และมันก็อร่อยเหมือนกัน การเลือกอาหารในร้านอาหารไม่เพียงพอสำหรับฉัน แต่มีเมนูสำหรับเด็กและอาหารรสชาติดีมาก ส่วนใหญ่ แน่นอนว่าบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ทุกอย่างดีหมด ยกเว้นทำเลที่ไม่มีอะไรให้มากนัก และแขกคนอื่นๆ ก็ค่อนข้างแปลก บางคนนั่งอยู่บนพื้นด้านนอกถัดจากโรงแรมและดื่มเครื่องดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ เด็กคนหนึ่งวิ่งตามลูกชายของฉันอย่างโกรธเคืองเพื่อขับไล่เขาออกจากโรงแรมและเด็ก ๆ เล่นที่นั่น จากนั้นเราก็พักอยู่ในห้องของเราต่อไปในตอนเย็น ไม่อย่างนั้นห้องก็สวย ไม่ทันสมัย แต่สะอาด เตียงดีและนุ่มและเงียบสงบ ฉันชอบมุมเล่นข้างร้านอาหารมาก ฉันไม่เคยเห็นอะไรแบบนี้ในโรงแรม แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันเยี่ยมมาก ขอบคุณพนักงานและแม่บ้าน คุณทำได้ดีมาก

A great hotel with clean, spacious rooms. It has a wonderful indoor pool with murals on the walls. Friendly, welcoming staff. Near the metro station to get into central Munich easily.

Hear me out: this hotel has THE BEST - meaning most professional - service I have ever encountered in any hotel - and I say it from my experience from staying at 4-5 stars hotels as a general rule. Regarding service: - ALWAYS replying to every email (unfortunately letters sometimes land in a spam folder, a little flaw) - 24/7 there’s always someone at the reception ready to assist (mind it’s not a branded hotel, but a family-owned business), making sure that there aren’t any unsolved problems or unsatisfied needs - all website-provided informations are up to date - there’s a shuttle bus from a train station for guests (till 5pm) - staff is perfectly trained and experienced. There’s never any personal attitude, just a smile and clear communication. Of course speaking well English. - Bonus: I arrived quite before check-in hours and checked out a bit late too; didn’t have to say a word and no word was said (or called). Even got an advise how to efficiently manage my luggage for my next trip. Location: a bit far from train & metro stations. Amenities: a very big swimming pool! And a sauna, and a gym. Downside is that those amenities are in a neighbouring building, so if you’re still wearing your swimming suit, you need to walk on a pedestrian path for two minutes like this. It feels weird. But there are lockets, showers and fresh towels too, if you prefer to change your clothes first. Concluding: best combination of price, location, fun, and quality.

Hotel is very clean, organised and functional. It is accessible to underground and S ban Train links. We stayed for 2 nights. The decor and the technology is dated, it has a chunky key entry to rooms and the TV is small and has no internet access or link for Bluetooth devices. Prices in the bar / restaurant are similar to city centre luxury bar / restaurants, expensive. Water was an issue for us. Small bottles of water were provided in the room, but they were not replenished. When we requested water from reception we were sent to the bar. The bar person was very unwilling to help us. So much so we dared not ask again. One morning we went for water to the breakfast room, while filling my reusable bottle, I was actually told off by one of the staff! I think he was actually the manager. I didn’t have the language to reply. I won’t be going back.

Staid here for a couple of nights while going to Munich Messe for a fair. It is very close to it which is a bomus and it is in a very quiet suburban area. Service was good at hotel, efficient and quick. There is also free parking on the premises. Breakfast is standard German, so acceptable but nothing special. Rooms were clean and tidy as well as spacious, however very old school with bathroom needing some immediate rennovation. Average for usual German hotels. Price was high but that was due to fair.

Big hotel with a main building and two separate buildings. When it is full - receptionists are rude and complaining about too many guests; you cannot get into the wellness facility (which is in one of the side buildings and guests not placed there should ask for key to get in:); you can't get place in the restaurant in the evening; wifi is not working; no air condition, fridge or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast is very bad quality.
