This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc.
Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/***agement accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

The room 314 was well maintained and cleaned. The house keeping attendant Enamul Mola was my best. He's so humble and polite. He quickly addresses the customers issues and he is s at the customers service on time. Mirador hotel in Mumbai has the best services. Keep up

The pillows were well kept and the beddings well kept, the laundry depar**ent is perfect always on time perfor***ce of duties. Friendly and approachable. I appreciate the experience being here I didn't have any complain or any miscommunication. The room is well kept. Mr Enamel is well organised and approachable and easy to work once alerted of requirements. I would wish to have stayed a more period due to your services and company.

Fantastic stay at Mirador, great service end to end, from reception to room and cafe. Rooms are spacious and clean to very good standards. I stayed for a business trip, 7 nights. Good service by housekeeping Ganshyam, hospitality by Dinesh in the restaurant, Roystan in the front desk, and Allan at the reception.

Ghanshyam Gupta and Saurabh Pandey from the housekeeping are very Frank and helped me a lot during my visit of Mumbai. He took care of the room very well in the absence of mine during office hours. The biggest plus point of mirador is a caring and good staff. The front desk also was always on alert whenever I needed anything and the best thing about them is they greet you everytime they see you, Mr. Rahul is specially the best of the lot.

We been in INDIA🇮🇳 for 1st time. We stayed at THE MIRADOR HOTEL🏨. we were welcome with beautiful smile on faces. As specially Mr.Roystan and Mr.Leonard. Mr.Pankaj Was a great helping nature and Courteous with smile on face. Housekeeping stay was helpful. Overall we had wonderful experience at Mirador door.❤️❤️❤️

This has been an extremely good experience sharing this time with Leonard, Johnny, Naresh and Roystan and the entire staff in The Mirador hotel all the way from security to kitchen staff made me feel like in home. And I value that a lot as It is not easy to stay so far from family. I really appreciate guys, and keep it up!!!!
