"The best hotel experience! My partner and I were greeted with friendly faces as soon as we walked in, with cold facecloths to cool us down. The receptionists remember your name, and make booking tours, transport and other arrangements so easy! We booked tours, motorbike rental and even spa appointments through the front desk. My partner and I accidentally overbooked our stay, but the hotel allowed us to use the overbooked nights as credit for any bookings through them. The hotel is so clean, air-conditioned and well maintained, including room service. All the staff are so lovely and helpful with any questions and concerns. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and town, with short walking distance. I highly recommend staying at this accommodation to streamline your experience in el nido! "It was a very nice stay at this hotel, esp service. People r very sweet and attentive to guests. Especially evening shift guys Carl and his colleague were so cheerful and ready to help! Their genuine nice attitude made a huge difference and desire to return! Also a perfect central location to the pier and beaches. Highly recommend. Breakfast was great too!"
