The hotel was so luxurious and elegant. Nice and clean. Convenient as the Shopping mall was next to the hotel. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ms Maya and Mr Alfirdus for the special decorations for our anniversary. Even though I overlooked my check out date ,they managed to wait for my call and did not touch anything in the room yet. To confirm that I'm extended the stay or check out. Well done 👍 guys. I'm super happy staying at this hotel. My wife was surprised by the rose while we were taking our breakfast. She loved it so much 🙏. We definitely will come back again for our next trips.

I had another wonderful stay at Hilton Bandung. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The hotel is consistently well-maintained, and the housekeeping standards are excellent. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international options. As a Hilton Gold member, I always feel welcomed and appreciated, which makes each stay even more enjoyable. The staff were warm, attentive, and friendly throughout my visit, providing excellent service with a smile. Overall, Hilton Bandung continues to be one of my preferred hotels in Bandung, offering a comfortable stay, excellent breakfast, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning again.

The receptionist misunderstood our room booking, we have booked a Non-smoking room via Trip.com but firstly she insisted us to give us a smoking room. It seemed she did not check it thoroughly the hotel confirmation. We were a bit upset waiting for her to find us a non-smoking room until she found it at last. Hopefully it won't happen to other guests. The hotel is okay, breakfast buffet on weekend was various but on weekday was a little bit disappointed, they just provided a few menus. The location of this hotel is attached to Festival Citylink mall.

I booked a superior room and the hotel staff offered me a free upgrade to a deluxe room for more comfort. Of course, I was very happy with the offer. When I entered the room, there was no welcome cake that I ordered (even though all 4-star hotels always provide it for free). And... the bed was not suitable. I ordered a queen, but what I got was a twin bed combined into one. The staff was not honest with me whether the queen bed was full or not. For breakfast, it was less variety for a 4-star hotel. only 1 kind of juice, there's no sausage/potatoes

Everything is good in this hotel. Really love it a lot and strongly recommend everyone to give it a stay. Though we encountered pillow casing not clean but it was changed promptly. We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for 5 days and 4 nights while exploring Bandung. The hotel’s breakfast service began at 6.00 a.m., which was especially convenient and thoughtful for early-rising guests like us. We would like to specifically compliment the restaurant manager, Mr Niwan, for his exceptional service. From the second day onwards, he remembered us and thoughtfully brewed milk tea for my husband every morning without being asked. His friendliness, attentiveness and genuine effort to meet our requests—or recommend special breakfast items on the menu—made our dining experience truly a memorable and unforgettable ones. Having stayed at several five-star hotels across Indonesia, we can confidently say that Mr Niwan stood out. He made us feel sincerely welcomed and delivered excellent and outstanding service throughout our breakfast experiences. His professionalism and warm hospitality reflect the high standards of Four Points by Sheraton. While all staff members were pleasant and helpful, Mr Niwan was exceptional in going the extra mile and greeting guests with a sincere smile consistently. He is definitely a credit to your team and a good example of how well Four Points Sheraton Bandung has trained and developed its staff. Thank you for making our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung feel like a home away from home. Thank you Mr Niwan for always delivering your EXCELLENT SERVICES with a smile. We truly enjoyed our breakfast experience in the restaurant. Lastly, thank you for treating all guests with snacks and AWESOME SERVICES. There are two towers. This was in 2524 and everything was fine. Its oldish but not to the point of being/feeling creepy. A bit lacking of plugs tho. The quality of the towels are not the best either for this type of hotel. Only I wish they would provide 2 bottles of water. Thanks for the complimentary snacks! The room is located overviewing the swimming pool so in the daylight its pretty loud from the kids playing.

all good.. seberangan banget sama Rumah Mode.. service oke, kemarinan lampu di aisle kamar yang kami tempati, mati, mereka segera ganti.. menu sarapan sepertinya agak kurang beragam.. will be staying back here for sure.. 🥰

บริการดี ได้ยินเสียงจากภายนอกเข้าห้อง แม้แต่เสียงมอเตอร์ไซค์ในสนามแข่งรถ / แม้ว่าที่ตั้งของอาคารจะค่อนข้างลึกจากถนน ที่จอดรถในชั้นใต้ดินเหมือนไม่มีใครดูแล กระจกกล้องส่องรถถูกขว้างไปข้างหน้า เช็ดตัวถูกยกขึ้นจากกระจก โชคดีที่ไม่มีใครพัง อาหารเช้าหลากหลายค่อนข้างเยอะ รสชาติธรรมดา sj จองตรงไปโรงแรมถูกกว่าแอป / cb เทียบก่อนสั่ง
