Lovely place to stay right in the scenic area of the 7 Star Crags. The booking of our room came with a set breakfast and it was good. (You can choose either the Chinese or Western set) The hostel has its own restaurant, so it was very convenient to have meals. We had dinner there one night and it was delicious and the price was reasonable. The hostel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostess was also very helpful.. Although she was away during our 2 nights' stay, she contacted us through Wechat and helped to book a taxi to our next destination.

剛退房就迫不及待來誇！這次入住這家酒店，體驗簡直滿分💯 一進房間就被驚艷到，現代簡約的裝修風格高級又有格調，燈光設計超貼心，柔和不刺眼，氛圍感拉滿✨ 兩張床又大又軟，像陷進雲朵裏，一覺睡到自然醒，太爽啦~ 衞生細節也很絕，床品潔白蓬鬆沒褶皺，住得超安心👍 窗邊小區域很適合放空，曬曬太陽、發發呆，舒服愜意～ 服務更是沒話説，前台小姐姐辦理入住又快又熱情，還主動提醒周邊好吃的好玩的；保潔阿姨補貨及時，輕聲輕語超有禮貌。 以後來這肯定還選這家，已經安利給朋友啦，想住得舒服的寶子放心沖！

Room is huge, tub is clean and comfortable. The bed is kind of soft, didn't get good sleep. There's a wedding in the morning so super noisy. Location is super good just by the lake. Shower is great

ห้องพักสะอาด ถูกหลักอนามัย สะอาดกว่าโรงแรม B&B หลายๆ แห่ง พื้นสูง เงียบ ไม่มีกลิ่น ที่นอนสบายกว่า นอนหลับสบาย ชั้นล่างเป็นห้างสรรพสินค้า ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ร้านของฝาก ข้ามถนนคือ Qixingyan Scenic Area และ Yanqian Village สะดวกมาก ฉันจะเลือกสิ่งนี้ในครั้งต่อไปที่ฉันเดินทาง

優點： 1.外觀：這是一家比較新的酒店，外表非常嶄新，裏面的房間也有智能家電，小度控制電視及窗簾。非常方便。 2.房間衛生10分整潔，設備也很齊全，尤其欣賞冰箱裏早已經準備了兩支冰凍的水及一支奶和一支雪碧，10分細心。我們住的是面向山景，早上打開窗簾時，便是景觀非常開陽的山景，讓人10分舒心。 3.早餐也很豐富，有特色小吃肇慶裹蒸糭，知道我們攜帶了小朋友，還給我們免了小朋友的早餐。不足的是桌子比較少，吃的時間比較短，從早上7:30到10點。 4.到達的第一天，已經為小朋友準備了禮物，這是10分貼心的舉動，小朋友收到禮物後很開心。而且房間也準備了茶點以及茶具，消除我們第一天坐車的疲勞。 5.附近就是一個公園，如果想做運動，就可以沿着公園一直走到市中心，湖堤邊一路走吹着微微嘅風，10分舒暢。 不足： 1.位置比較偏遠，所有商場都需要打車過去才可以到達，而且附近沒有什麼可以逛的商場或是基本的小吃店也沒有。 2.空調不製冷，開到18度也不感到寒冷，感覺空調沒有存在的意義。幸好我們一家不是太怕熱。

The host is very helpful and responsive to our queries. The location is just opposite Seven Stars Crags and below has a very good 24hour Chinese restaurant. Will definitely come back and stay again.

At first, we were upset because the homestay is located inside the scenic area and we couldn’t drive to it at the check in time. We had to go sightseeing first and come back after 18:00, when the gate to the area opens. But actually it’s a very quiet location, ideal for rest. The room was large and clean. The next morning, after our breakfast, we walked a few meters away and took the shuttle bus to the Butterfly Valley. We didn’t need to buy the entry tickets, we only purchased the bus tickets and the boat transfer to the butterfly island. We enjoyed our stay.

There was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here. Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment. (On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

The hotel has a great location, right near the Seven Star Crags scenic area, and transportation is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was quite good at night. Everything was perfect, except for the curtains—they don't block out the light at all. I was woken up early in the morning by the glaring sunlight.

Although Zhaoqing is a lovely place the transport to reach there from Kaiping was practically nonexistent. We almost scraped the idea of visiting until we found that we could transit and change to a bus from Jiangmen. Unfortunately we also hit another hitch at the Zhaoqing bus station because there was no public transport to the 7 Star Crags area where the hotel is located. However the pretty lady owner came to the rescue and picked us up. How cool is that? The lady boss is second to none. She was extremely helpful - suggesting places for food and attractions & even the order of doing them. Definitely the best part of staying here is her. But her Homestay is great too. It’s very well located in front of the beautiful famous lake so we’re able to capture sunset and sunrise scenes easily. In retrospect we should have stayed at least another night. Maybe we will meet again?
