很愉快的一次住宿體驗！這家民宿的服務很細緻體貼，環境衞生乾淨，地理位置也很方便，旁邊就是海灘走兩步路就到了。晚上去附近餐館吃飯也衹有開10分鐘的車，並且這裏停車位置很多，下次還會再來一家民宿。已經推薦給朋友了

มาพักกับครอบครัว 3 คนค่ะ มาถึงโรงแรมตอนเย็นถึงจะได้เช็คอิน ทางโรงแรมได้อัปเกรดห้องให้ด้วยค่ะ ห้องมีระเบียงคู่หันหน้าเข้าหาสระว่ายน้ำ วิวสวยมากค่ะ เดินไปหาด Dameisha และ 8th Warehouse ใกล้มากค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีมาก 👍 ส่วนอาหารเดลิเวอรีมีหุ่นยนต์มาส่งให้ สะดวกสบายมากค่ะ

This hotel is beautiful and has a simple elegance to it. Many places to take pictures and look at the scenery. The room was so comfortable and I had a really nice massage. The service was friendly and helpful. My only drawback were some of the children were a bit noisy and it isn’t ideal for a couple getaway. There was one child screaming at breakfast and while swimming in the sea and his parents were not doing anything about it. Also the breakfast buffet that’s included needs to have more quality and better options. I do not feel it met a five star standard.

Location: 4/5 The hotel is conveniently located right next to a pleasant park, perfect for a quick walk or some fresh air. It’s also just a 5-minute stroll to the nearest subway station, making it easy to get around Shenzhen without needing taxis everywhere. Great for travelers relying on public transport. First Impressions and Facilities: 2/5 Advertised as a newly opened hotel, but by late 2025, it didn’t feel fresh or modern at all. The lobby is unusually located on the 7th floor, accessed via an elevator that’s just beside a larger neighboring hotel. The lift area felt dim and outdated compared to the brighter, more upscale vibe of the bigger property nearby. The lobby itself is compact, dimly lit, and lacks any welcoming or luxurious atmosphere—more functional than inviting. Room: 4/5 The room size was surprisingly generous for the price point in Shenzhen, where space often comes at a premium. It was very clean overall, with a large, comfortable bed topped with four plush pillows, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The big flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the bathroom was decently sized with a good shower and separate toilet area. No complaints on comfort here. Service and Issues: 3/5 The major downside was a frustrating check-in experience. Using the hotel’s systems, the receptionist assigned me to a room that hadn’t been cleaned yet, it still reeked strongly of cigarette smoke and clearly wasn’t ready. I had to trek back down to the lobby (7th floor elevator and all) to get a new key and room assignment. This kind of mix-up feels avoidable and soured the arrival. Final Thoughts Nothing particularly stands out or excels at Future Hotel Shenzhen—it’s serviceable and clean in the rooms, with a solid location and value for money, but the dark, dated common areas, misleading “newly opened” vibe, and the room assignment error make it underwhelming. I wouldn’t skip Shenzhen altogether, but I’d definitely choose a different hotel next time I’m in the city. Suitable if you’re on a tight budget and prioritize location over polish.

ที่เลือกพักที่ St. Regis ก็เพราะบริการของที่นี่เลยครับ/ค่ะ ตั้งแต่เช็คอินก็รู้สึกประทับใจมาก พนักงานดูแลเอาใจใส่เป็นพิเศษเพราะมากับผู้สูงอายุ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกเยอะมาก กินเสร็จแล้วแทบจะกินมื้อเที่ยงไม่ไหวเลยครับ/ค่ะ สระว่ายน้ำน่าจะยาว 25 เมตร ว่ายสบายมาก และอยู่ติดกับ Kingkey Mall ช้อปปิ้งสะดวกสุดๆ ครับ/ค่ะ ครั้งหน้ามาเซินเจิ้นก็จะเลือกพักที่ St. Regis อีกแน่นอน

Friendly staff, clean new rooms The staff here are very friendly and answered all my numerous questions patiently, including detailed directions on how to get to the observatory. I also bought my beach ticket directly at the hotel – they offered a small discount, which was a nice bonus. The hotel is completely new. The bed linen is spotless, and the bathroom is excellent with modern fixtures. Everything worked well and felt fresh. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. โรงแรมแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ยอดเยี่ยม เดินเพียง 5-6 นาทีจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน ทำให้สะดวกมากในการเดินทางด้วยรถไฟใต้ดินไปยังที่ต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ยังอยู่ไม่ไกลจากจัตุรัสหนูวาในซีเวิลด์ เดินเพียง 10 นาทีเท่านั้น โรงแรมมีบรรยากาศทางวัฒนธรรมที่โดดเด่น สะอาด ถูกสุขอนามัย และให้บริการที่เป็นเลิศ
