The hotel has a good location in Glenelg close to the ***** of restaurants on Jetty Road, the waterfront and the Ferris Wheel. We had a room on the 1st floor but it had a good view of the trees and the road in front. Our experience in Glenelg was marred by the numerous flies in the area that kept bothering us as we walked around the parks and waterways in the area. We also had a slight misunderstanding whereby although the hotel had agreed to a late checkout at the time of checking in, this was not documented and the cleaning crew came knocking on our door and asking us to go to the Reception to sort out the issue.

The room was spacious and quiet. Furniture is a little bit old but for the price still ok. Convenient to visit the city center

Die Damen der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit  Als eine Deckenlampe nicht funktionierte, wurde sofort ein externer Elektriker beauftragt den Schaden zu beheben 

Ok but I the device was shown in UK so It wasn't cheapest that booking directly

Location was fine for what we wanted, to be close to Gillman speedway. Pool was lovely. Spa was very slow on pumping bubbles & area around  pool could be cleaner but maybe there had been heavy rain. Didn’t use the food service.

There is a massive crack in the foot[ath where we stayed hwich went up to the car park and had lifted part of the concrete, not ideal for a vision impaired person to manipulate, and there were aware I had vision issues amd mobility issues. Also the floor of the room was not completely flat, there was like a small hill across the middle of the room. can't fault anything else :)
