Wonderful stay, great hotel, comfortable, bed and pillows, Conveniently, located close to everywhere. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of healthy and non sugar options. Staff are friendly and efficient Lisa. the barrister is an asset to the Hotel, she makes an excellent cappuccino, the way it should be made, perfect start to the day. Well done Adrian and Lewellyn, I will return.
I had an splendid stay at hotel indigo at Adelaide market. The room was comfortable. In a good size and central location. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very convenient. I would visit again when I come back to Adelaide.
Lovely, clean apartment, excellent location for walking around Adelaide CBD. I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and 4 year old, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent value. The apartment was very clean, has a kitchen containing most things you would need, although we didn't actually cook any meals, just used plates etc for serving take away, so can't comment on the cooking equipment. Full size fridge, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and hair dryer meant the apartment was very well equipped overall. The Tv is a smart TV so we could use abc kids for our 4 year old and presumably you could log in to your own streaming services. The only thing to take note of is that the desk is only manned during business hours and there is no check in option after 9pm, I didn't realise this (my fault for not checking), so we had to book a cheap hotel near the airport for our first night as we flew in after 10pm. We checked in around 9am the next day. It's a short walk to Rundle Mall so you have lots of eating and shopping very close by. Parking available in secure carpark $25 per night, but do make sure you book ahead as there are limited spaces.

Basecamp Hostel is a good place with a welcoming structure, but there are a few things that could be improved. I’ve stayed here a couple of times before, but they didn’t consider my request to stay in the same room. Some other guests had issues with the air conditioning in their room, which wasn’t working quite inconvenient for them.
Additionally, towels are locked, and you can’t take one yourself. Having access to only one towel per day is not enough. I also asked if they could store a suitcase for about a month while I traveled to Bali, but they said no.
I think the hostel could be more flexible and offer additional services, especially for returning guests. Overall, it was a positive experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer care and amenities.

Very professional staff with a great product. I had no issues with anything. My room was well equipped, spacious and more important clean. As I travel on business I like a cup of tea in my room. Couldn’t find any teabags even though there was milk in the fridge. I would have appreciated a cold bottle of water supplied in the fridge.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe Grand is without a doubt all about the location! Given it’s ocean front position it should offer an absolute premium experience but instead falls a little short as it continues to date without much sign of refurbishment. The rooms are basic, the carpets old, the furnishings aging and everything just feels in need of some love. Bathrooms still have showers over the bath with shower curtains and the air con in the room wasn’t very effective (too hot despite being on the coolest setting). There was also a wedding being hosted during my 1 night stay and despite my room being on the 5th floor (ballroom is on level 1), I could hear the band/music until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. On the positive (besides premium location), the staff at reception / concierge were excellent. They greeted with absolute care on arrival and happiness during check out, despite being early in the morning. It felt like they enjoyed what they did and that’s so good to see in customer facing roles. Worth considering this hotel for a stay, just as long as you’re happy with basic ammenities in a great location.
ผผู้เข้าพักExcellent location, easy walking distance to amenities and public transport. Had to log into our own Prime and Netflix as it wasn't available on our TV. The bathroom was clean but quite tired, with a cracked sink and a fixed showerhead. Despite it being a queen room, there was ever only one set of cutlery provided. Having said that, we still appreciated our stay and would say that it was good value for money.
Mmartin sThe rooms are very clean. Area not noise and the staff are civil and very friendly. The facilities are modern. Good value for the money. Tom's hotel is cheaper despite the facilities being top notch or world class. I will definitely return to Tom's Court Hotel. A very good place to spend your holiday.
RrgolikI was very happy with the level of service, check in was pleasant and easy, my room was very clean and well maintained, I will definitely be staying at Quest Mawaon Lakes on my future visits and would definitely recommend this Hotel to others within my company and also to my friends and family.
ผผู้เข้าพักMarch 2024 Here is a list of issues you may have to deal with: 1. Lights are weirdly wired. You can’t turn on the bathroom lights without having the rest of the lights on. This is problematic when one is sharing the apartment and one needs to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. Other guests staying at the apartments had the same issue. 2. It is stated that the apartment has Netflix but it does not work. When I mentioned it to the marketing girl she said she would have it looked at but no one came to the apartment to repair the problem. Again, other guests staying in the apartments had the same issue. 3. When we arrived on the 13th, there was only one tea bag instead of 2. I was sharing the room with my husband, that is not thoughtful, obviously we would have needed 2 teabags. 4. We stayed 5 nights and only had the room serviced once. I had left the tag to service the room but it was only done once. 5. On the Saturday our room was finally serviced but they did not replenish the toilet paper and we were left with none which meant we had to purchase toilet paper as there was no one in reception. If conveniences and service isn't important to you then by all means stay here. The apartments are just off the main road that have lots of great cafes and restaurants. The apartments are brand new, fresh, clean and modern. The staff are helpful and listen to concerns you may have. Read less Tip: An apt description for this place is Location, Location, Location. The apartments are brand new so they are clean, fresh & modern.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe receptionist we were greeted by seemed disinterested and preoccupied with appearance more than substance and just waffled off directions on where to park our car and how to get to our room in a rather vague manner. My wife and I were not any wiser and were left wondering. After locating what we believed was the car park we were directed to it turned out to be the local council offices car park with clearly “ no parking except council vehicles” signs posted all over. Back to reception to check on the correct parking spot and we were greeted with a different person who proceeded to advise us that the 10 car parks against the back wall was for hotel guests, and if that was full we could use the public car park and if that is full we could then use the council car park . ?????. On to the room. After a hold of $150 on our card and after filling out what was tantamount to a passport application we were given our room card and with direction given that would confuse any GPS system we set off to find our room. The room was very large, black walls and 2 tiny windows that were smaller than anything in Yatala prison ( we think ). There was adequate supplies of bottle water in the room ( all clearly tagged with prices) ( no complimentary water at all). The bathroom floor was dirty, the toilet roll dispenser was broken and the sink plug was a piece of plastic. The kettle was near impossible to fill with tap water as you couldn’t get it under the bathroom tap. At the time of our stay there was a wedding reception in full swing and the noise was incredibly loud. The interlocking door between sections was right next to our room and it would slam shut after every entry and exit ( about 25 times an hour). An added touch was the top up cart for towels, soaps, tea and coffee etc which was right next to our door. So, be aware that this is a very very noisy place. Overall the place was below par to most we have ever stayed in.
