It located near the monterrey airport. And the hotel offer the shuttle to airport.

There were no shuttle bus as indicated, when I called the front desk, nobody answer my call, so has to call Uber instead.

Really friendly staff. The only reason I didn’t do 5 starts because our heater was out but they came and fixed it rather quickly. Also it was a nightmare to try and print something off their computers. Besides that recommend this place to stay at short term.

Room AC was not working, they insisted on sending mechanic, didnt work. They didkt change room. Bathroom had bugs a lot of them. If you can stay in your car.

Shower floor extremely slippery!!!! Almost kill my self
I told the front desk guy about it and he only said they are no longer providing shower mats 😳
I really hope they do something about it
I won't stay here again
